I ordered a size large. I am 5'7 "and 140 lbs. I could have gone with a medium for a tighter fit. They do fit under my jean shorts, and they will be great for roller skating, as I do not want to break a hip. Protective gear works when you wear it, and it helps give you some peace of mind when you are learning advanced skills, which increase the likelihood of "paying your floor tax" (falling). Very nice material/padding.

Wore these my first time snowboarding and they were a LIFE SAVOR. I knew I’d be falling a lot. Especially on my rear. It’s actually funny because it saved my tailbone from any kind of pain or injury but that just meant other places took the worst of it (didn’t think of padding up elsewhere 🤣). Definitely on the tighter side though! I bought a medium and was fairly tight around the waist. I would’ve normally wore a small, so thankfully I sized up. Definitely gives you a bulky feeling as well so make sure you have baggier pants to wear over it.

The size was OK, still smaller than I expected. Plus the pads are a bit stiff which still helped when I hit the ice but not as much cushion as I hoped. Overall…I’ll keep wearing it but will look for another option.

I'm 5'7" about 195-200 lb, 34-35" waist with a 30" inseam, and I lift weights regularly, but no definition in my abs (trying to give as clear a picture as possible lol). The LARGE fit me perfectly. Snug so it fit perfectly in my motorcycle track suit, which is supposed to be tight on you. I could feel the padding on the outside. It might not be CE rated, but it's something!

Great for, very comfortable and offers all the protection you could desire out of padded shorts. Be sure to pair these with some quality knee pads, elbow pads and a helmet.

Not sure what the purpose is if not to protect your butt and tailbone. I fell ONCE, my first time down the mountain snowboarding this season and had these on, I bruised my tailbone and potentially slightly fractured, need to get a scan. I wore these the next time I went since I had a trip planned out of town, immediately felt the impact again. Don’t know if there’s a better brand but these are NOT helpful.
