I have fine, thin, short, damaged hair & I love the way it leaves it feeling after styling. So glad I switched from traditional heat irons. 4 stars because I have not been able to utilize all attachments & I do not particularly care for the button placements, but that is apersonal preference.

The different attachments actually stay in place! They don't pop off if you use too much force. I have very thick coarse hair and this product is amazing. Super easy to adjust the settings from hot to cold and there's three different settings for power. Extremely lightweight and styles with ease. Great product for the price!

As with any tool you really need to know your way around it to get the best results and a tool like this isn’t necessarily easy to use out of the box. It has a learning curve. I’m just learning about it myself because until now I could never afford one of these fancy multifunctional stylers. But I watched a good many videos and took time to play around with it to figure out exactly how it works. My biggest concern was the curling irons with the auto wrap. I’d you don’t know how they work you might think they don’t work at all but my curled prove otherwise. So I’m going to add a few tips at the end of my review. In general though, this is a very decent tool although it could use a few improvements I think. I’ve never used another one so I can’t compare it the competition. It does however dry hair, has a diffuser for those with curls and comes with several other attachments to style. It has 3 levels for heat, 3 for speed and a cool shot button which works by turning off the heat til you click the button again. It also has a safety plug which I always want to see on devices like this but not all devices I purchased have them. So that was great to see! It’s attractive a bit loud and the air seems a bit fast on any speed but maybe that’s normal? At times I feel like I’m trying to ride a bucking bronco but it seems to get the job done and in time I hope to get better and more efficient with it. The box is huge and it will take up a lot of space so I’m looking to get an organizer or bag for it to keep everything in its place. It seems like a decent tool for the money because let’s face it, some of us are just never going to have several hundreds of dollars to buy hair dryers and this at least gives us an option of joining the rest living in the 21st century. So tips on using the curlers! •These curlers don’t MOVE and turn. The air grabs the hair and winds it around the barrel so don’t expect moving, turning parts. •There’s a left and a right. Pick the one you need •Don’t use hair that’s wet! It’ll be too heavy. Slightly damp, nearly dry hair will work best. •Use a small amount of hair, like inch wide pieces. •Have the air setting up high or it won’t be strong enough to grab and wrap the hair! •Use the highest heat setting that your hair can handle when curling and then use the cool shot button to cool and set the hair! Hold it in place then turn off the dryer to stop the air and release your curl. If you release it while the air is blasting it’ll blow your hair everywhere and you’ll have no curl. If you follow these tips you’ll have nicely shaped, smooth curls Hope this helps!

I really like this item because it is very lightweight. I have multiple upper physical disabilities so I am unable to hold a regular dryer and a brush. This has many attachments for any kind of hair. The only problem I had was the front of the box and the instruction shows a straightening comb, and there isn’t one in the box. Contacted Amazon they sent me another one, again box and instructions show straightening comb.

You get what you pay for. The cool shot button doesn’t work and the auto rollers only curled the base of my hair vs the entire strand. Totally useless. Needless to say I’m returning this despite it being half the price of other similar sets.
