dries hair quickly, but leaves my hair frizzy for a while, after a while it does go down and looks rather nice and shiny. i would say it’s mid-quality. has many attachments to produce many results, but not easy enough for people that didn’t grow up styling hair to use (or maybe i’m stupid)

This works perfectly! I'm a stylist and I used it on two clients today who both had medium length to Longleaf hair both very thick and wavy. Gave them nice volume and smooth out the hair nicely! As long as it last great buy for under $100!

So there are three heat settings on this Hot Air Styler: low, medium, and high. The high heat setting only worked the very first time I used it, and now it will not get any hotter than the medium heat setting. I am obviously not happy that I paid for a brand new product that is essentially, defective. I reached out to the seller to let them know about the issue, even waiting several days for a response, and they never got back to me. So, I went into my Amazon account and asked for a replacement. A new one is being sent, but I have to send the defective one back. Also, it claims to dry shoulder length hair in three minutes, but that's not true. I have naturally curly hair, not very course, medium thickness, length is to the middle of my shoulder blades. I wear my hair curly and straightened via blow out and round brush - so this set has it all!!! Its not too heavy, seems to be of good quality, and decently long cord. I didn't see it in the product description but the bottom vent where air goes into the dryer DOES come off for cleaning which will extend the life of the tool. However, it does not get hot enough to dry and style from a point that my hair is already 80% dry (i.e. just damp enough). When trying this out for the first time, I quickly noticed that the button placement really is not ideal as I kept hitting the cool button which turns off the heat. I moved my hand down the shaft and would hit either the speed or heat level buttons. Once I realized my hair wasn't getting smooth/straight regardless of using the volumizing (oval) brush, straight brush, or the concentrator and my normal round brush, I took the top off and played with the heat settings. It never got hot enough to even hurt. The fan power is there, just not the heat regardless of the fan setting. Sadly, I am returning this product. ... show more

THE BRUSH itself does not turn. So the cord gets announly tangled all the time. I also did not like the right and left accessories. They do not curl/ make curls in your hair. HAVEN'T managed to.make it happen yes. So I am a bit / somewhat disappointed. I hope it's just a matter of time, that I would get used to this tool and learn to make it work as it should ... show more
