I’ve bought a ton of trainers before. And most are so uncomfortable or just bulky it’s hard to wear them throughout the day. This one is great. The quality is good. The size fit just right. It’s quite snug but I’m hoping throughout my weight loss journey I’ll be able to get it tighter and tighter. I’m 5’4”, 169lbs, and got a large. I’m on the very first prong, but it’s already giving me a great shape that I hope only gets better. I love that I can progress with it and make it tighter when the time comes. For reference, I’m 150 lbs and 5’6”. I purchased a size small and wore it on the third row of hooks, but the compression is not very strong. I can fit my whole arm underneath it, so it doesn’t feel tight or provide the level of support I expected. It is lightweight and breathable, but the compression could be improved. Wear once. Size XL-Middle front measures 11 1/2 inches (too short for me) Middle back measures 8 3/4 inches (too short for me.) Zipper wiggly and seems unstable. Not sure how long the zipper will last. I'm sending it back. I have a 38 1/2 inch waist, the XL fit was good, comfortable, just not long enough.

So let me start by saying I am 5'3 118 Lbs and a small fit me nice and snug with shirt on which is great. I bought for my spondylolisthesis on lower back that gives me pain with daily activity. Need some support and this seems like it will give me that. I took a quick picture as soon as I got it, with clothes that I probably will not wear wear the waist trainer with, but just wanted to show how the small fits good with clothing. Absolutely love this thing, I haven’t worn one in a while so I forgot how to brace myself at first but after you figure out the clips and zipper and stuff it’ll work great, there is a slight give in the ribs but it’s phenomenal holds me together pretty well
