I love the feel . I have had other waist trainer that are a bit harder that leaves you feel constricted while wearing. This one is soft but firm. I am a size 25 -26 waist depending on the day and got a small. I’m 5’ 1” & 155lbs got a mommy tummy. I’m usually a medium or large in bottoms. & my hips or bigger. But I decided to go with a SMALL.now at first it was hard to clip the first row but after a day use I able to clip on the last row. Product is amazing I love it. I put it on first thing in the morning through day & take it off before bed. I love how it gives me my figure back & helping me slim down my stomach area.
