This is incredibly sharp and comes with tons of attachments that are easy to use. It works very well and makes cutting veggies a quick task. I highly recommend wearing cut gloves while using it. Yesterday my husband was cutting a cucumber, he was utilizing the safety guard however it was too flimsy to use with a cucumber so he had to place his fingers closer than he wanted and he ended up cutting off a significant portion of his pinky finger. It got him on the side of his pinky from tip to first knuckle and nearly to the bone in depth. Urgent care cauterized the wound to stop the bleeding but there was nothing more they could do. He said it cut through his finger like butter. So the product is excellent and does exactly as advertised however please use incredible caution as according to urgent care it is very common for people to lose fingers to this device. I highly recommend buying a pair of kitchen cut gloves to go with this. Your fingers will thank you.

Nice chopper that I bought to replace a cheaper one that I got at Dollar General for $12. (You get what you pay for!) Be careful as the blades are SHARP! Even on the chopper blades. You could easily cut your finger(s) even while washing. (Don’t ask how I know!) Fairly easy to clean with the included “comb” and brushes. It gets the job done quickly!

I’ve been using this 8-Blade All-in-1 Vegetable Chopper / Mandoline Slicer with Container for meal prep over the past couple of weeks — mainly onions, peppers, potatoes, and cucumbers. Performance: The blades are sharp. It diced onions evenly in seconds and sliced cucumbers consistently without crushing them. For potatoes, I used the thicker blade insert and got uniform cuts for home fries. It definitely speeds up prep compared to hand cutting. The container underneath catches everything cleanly, which keeps the counter less messy. Build & Stability: The base feels sturdy enough for regular kitchen use. It stays put on the counter if you press straight down. The lid mechanism works smoothly without feeling flimsy. Cleaning: Blades need careful rinsing — food can lodge between the grids. A small brush helps. It’s not difficult to clean, but you do need to take a minute to do it properly. Important: Use the hand guard. The blades are genuinely sharp, and it would be easy to nick a finger if you rush. Bottom Line: If you prep vegetables regularly and want faster, more uniform cuts, this tool delivers. It’s not industrial-grade stainless steel equipment, but for home kitchens it’s practical and effective.

Our handheld onion chopper broke and we needed a new one. The one we'd had is not longer available, of course. Then I saw this one and got it and am so happy I did. It has several different blades, which I like, so you can chop, julienne, slice etc. which is really handy and it is so easy to use. I would say it is actually even better than the one we had so this is a win-win for sure!

I got this on a whim on sale after seeing numerous social media posters talking about similar units. I've used it primarily to chop cucumbers and apples for salads so far, but its handled those tasks very well. I'm going to be using the slicer and julienne blades this weekend as I'm making soup and it should make very short work of the celery and carrots. The device is sturdy and the blades are VERY sharp. The blade packs were initially a bit of a problem to get in and out of the cover, but after a few uses that became easier. Cleaning is a bit of a chore, especially the pusher fingers, but the included cleaning comb and brush do a good job. To be honest, I really thought that I'd use it a couple of times and then go back to a cutting board and knife, but I don't think that's going to happen, especially if I have a lot of stuff to chop.

I grabbed this eight blade vegetable chopper because I was tired of crying over onions and losing tiny bits of carrot under the stove. This thing earns its spot in the kitchen. It slices, dices, chops, and turns vegetables into neat little cubes with almost no effort. The blades are sharp and the cuts come out clean. I used the dicer on a whole onion in under thirty seconds and felt like I had unlocked a new life skill. The mandoline attachment works well too. You just have to respect it or it will remind you why finger guards exist. The container underneath catches everything. No mess on the counter and no runaway pieces. The whole setup comes apart easily for washing. I rinse it right after using and it looks new again. Pros Eight different blades that actually perform Fast, clean chopping with very little effort Container keeps everything neat Easy to take apart and clean Saves a ton of prep time Cons Needs careful handling because the blades are very sharp Not ideal for very soft produce like ripe tomatoes If you cook often and want prep work to feel less like a chore, this chopper delivers.
