Awesome scooter for the price. Outperforms a Segway Ninebot which is a lot more expensive. 18 mile range is probably only attainable if you are 100 pounds though.

This product is horrible. It goes nowhere near the 21 mile range. You’re lucky if it goes 12 it goes incredibly slow up hills were talking maybe 3 to 6 MPH (depends on how steep the hill is even very small one slow it down) The ride is extremely bumpy. The tire should have air in them to help with the shock or have some type of suspension system. I regret buying this product.

Easy to assemble, works well for short commute

To start with assembling it was really easy with only 4 screws. Max speed I have been getting on a flat surface is 20 km/hr which for an electric scooter is good enough. Range is subjective to whether you're riding on a flat surface or uphill or downhill. I got a really good range downhill whereas half of what they have mentioned going uphill. It's easy to carry as well and folds quickly.

I contacted the seller and right away they responded that they will send me a charger right away. the scooter was here 5 days before delivery date and i am very happy with my purchase!!!
