I bought this Qlaway scooter (the 500w, 10" wheel option) approximately one year ago. I am a full-time college student and this scooter has been my primary means of personal transportation for this past year, and it has been well worth it. I purchased the scooter for about $350usd (which is a little higher than it is listed now) and it has been worth every penny. I have easily put over 500 miles on this thing and it still works perfectly. The battery still lasts about as long as when I first bought it too! I always ride it in "sport mode" which uses battery the fastest of all three mode options but I can still get about 15 miles in on a full charge (and I live in a city in Utah with lots of hills) and even more if I was in "normal mode" and riding on flat roads. My commute to school every day includes a very steep hill that is about 1/4 mile long and this scooter has never had any issues getting to the top (it does lose a bit of speed on the way up but that's all). Most of the affordable ($350 or less) scooters on Amazon are either 250w or 500w. Mine is 500w and my friend has a different scooter that is 250w. If you are unsure whether to go 250w or 500w I'd say it's worth it to get the 500. Having ridden both mine and my friends I think the 500 is just so much better and not too much more expensive. If you are using this scooter as a main means of transportation then the 500 is hands down the best choice. It has more power for hills, slightly longer range and top speed, full suspension, better handling in rain, and a more large and sturdy frame overall. It does weight a bit more because it is bigger but it is worth it in my opinion. The only issue I have had with this scooter after a year was that the thumb throttle started to wear out a month or so ago. However, I emailed Qlaway and they immediately shipped me a replacement part free of charge and It is now back to full working condition. Great scooter, great support. Worth every penny.

I just have to say, this purchase was absolutely fantastic! This new electric scooter completely exceeded my expectations. First off, the quality is great. It feels robust, durable, and genuinely well-built—definitely a premium product. And the appearance is nice, too! The design is sleek and modern, catching the eye without being over the top. It has a great finish and the attention to detail is superb. It really looks and feels like a quality piece of gear. I really appreciate that it's got three speed-adjusting gears. This makes riding incredibly flexible. I can cruise slowly and safely in busy areas, and then kick it up into high gear when the road opens up for a genuinely fast and fun ride. The battery lasts a long time, which is a huge plus for my daily commute. I've been able to ride for several days without needing to plug it in, which is amazing for peace of mind. And I have to give credit to the seller—it was fully charged when I bought it, so I was able to unbox it and start riding immediately! Finally, let's talk about portability. It's super convenient to carry around. The folding mechanism is simple and sturdy, allowing me to easily collapse it and carry it onto public transport or up to my apartment. i bought this for the smart choice,everyday I drive it from my house to the path station!easy bring it into the train! Quite nice for the price goes a nice speed . It’s a pretty smooth ride. Just try to stick on the street instead of the sidewalk for the smoothest ride. It is very easy to use you just turn on the scooter and put your thumb on the throttle. It functions quite well. It is designed very well, so it is a simple use and not difficult. It is good for people who don’t have a car!and it is worth you every dollars!

The media could not be loaded. So far so good. I read on the reviews about the app that connects to the scooter many said the app would sometimes crash and prevent you from using your scooter. So I opted out from that. Easy to assemble, fairly light, and seems sturdy.
