I bought this Qlaway scooter (the 500w, 10" wheel option) approximately one year ago. I am a full-time college student and this scooter has been my primary means of personal transportation for this past year, and it has been well worth it. I purchased the scooter for about $350usd (which is a little higher than it is listed now) and it has been worth every penny. I have easily put over 500 miles on this thing and it still works perfectly. The battery still lasts about as long as when I first bought it too! I always ride it in "sport mode" which uses battery the fastest of all three mode options but I can still get about 15 miles in on a full charge (and I live in a city in Utah with lots of hills) and even more if I was in "normal mode" and riding on flat roads. My commute to school every day includes a very steep hill that is about 1/4 mile long and this scooter has never had any issues getting to the top (it does lose a bit of speed on the way up but that's all). Most of the affordable ($350 or less) scooters on Amazon are either 250w or 500w. Mine is 500w and my friend has a different scooter that is 250w. If you are unsure whether to go 250w or 500w I'd say it's worth it to get the 500. Having ridden both mine and my friends I think the 500 is just so much better and not too much more expensive. If you are using this scooter as a main means of transportation then the 500 is hands down the best choice. It has more power for hills, slightly longer range and top speed, full suspension, better handling in rain, and a more large and sturdy frame overall. It does weight a bit more because it is bigger but it is worth it in my opinion. The only issue I have had with this scooter after a year was that the thumb throttle started to wear out a month or so ago. However, I emailed Qlaway and they immediately shipped me a replacement part free of charge and It is now back to full working condition. Great scooter, great support. Worth every penny.

I just have to say, this purchase was absolutely fantastic! This new electric scooter completely exceeded my expectations. First off, the quality is great. It feels robust, durable, and genuinely well-built—definitely a premium product. And the appearance is nice, too! The design is sleek and modern, catching the eye without being over the top. It has a great finish and the attention to detail is superb. It really looks and feels like a quality piece of gear. I really appreciate that it's got three speed-adjusting gears. This makes riding incredibly flexible. I can cruise slowly and safely in busy areas, and then kick it up into high gear when the road opens up for a genuinely fast and fun ride. The battery lasts a long time, which is a huge plus for my daily commute. I've been able to ride for several days without needing to plug it in, which is amazing for peace of mind. And I have to give credit to the seller—it was fully charged when I bought it, so I was able to unbox it and start riding immediately! Finally, let's talk about portability. It's super convenient to carry around. The folding mechanism is simple and sturdy, allowing me to easily collapse it and carry it onto public transport or up to my apartment. It's surprisingly light for how powerful it is, making it the perfect hassle-free option for my multimodal travel.

This scooter was nearly ready to go right out of the box, almost no assembly needed. I was impressed that the manufacturer even pre-applied threadlocker on the screws, a small but meaningful detail that shows their attention to safety and build quality. The ride quality is great, the solid tires means no flats, no maintenance, and they actually absorb bumps better than I expected. The cruise control kicks in after a few seconds of steady speed which makes longer rides more comfortable — I don't have to keep pressing the throttle constantly. It is convenient to lock/unlock the scooter and tweak the speed settings through the app. Performance-wise, it has plenty of power. The battery life is solid. Another great feature is the foldable front column. While I didn’t weigh the scooter, it’s not difficult to carry up stairs when needed, which is a big plus for commuting or fun.

I bought this particular model because it comes with a seat, but as you can see in the picture, it’s impossible to put the two pieces together which comprise the seat. Very poor quality design and fabrication. The product already arrived late and as soon as I became aware of the problem with the seat I reached out to the seller via the email provided, stressing that I don’t want to wait a long time for correct parts, as I assume that’s what they will send to correct this problem. I got an email in reply asking for the order number, which I sent right away, and have heard nothing since. I have some physical limitations and already struggled with getting the product out of the box and mostly put together. It will be a real hardship if I have to reverse the process and return the product but that may be where this is heading. Extremely unhappy.

It’s a great scooter with good charge range and great speed. The only reason I put 4 stars is cause the kickstand broke after like 3 days of use. Other than that it rides smooth and it is super light to carry around.

I rarely write reviews, but I absolutely had to for the Qlaway Electric Scooter and, more importantly, the outstanding customer service behind it. I purchased my scooter in December 2025 after seeing how well my nephew’s scooter has held up for over a year with absolutely no problems. The scooter itself is great — smooth ride, reliable, and exactly what we expected. I did experience a small issue with mine, but what truly impressed me was how remarkably the seller handled the resolution. The exchange process was completely hassle-free from start to finish. They provided the prepaid return shipping label, arranged for FedEx to pick the scooter up directly from my door, and kept the process simple and stress-free. From the day FedEx picked up the original scooter to the day I received my replacement was only about one week. That level of efficiency and professionalism is hard to find these days. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that actually stands behind its product and takes care of its customers. I am extremely satisfied with both the scooter and the support I received. Highly recommend — great product, outstanding customer service, and excellent support!

Battery was dated 7/25 and had a short in it when it when it arrived. Would show fully charged, but wouldn’t run with the battery cover on, soon as you put it on it applied a little pressure to the battery and would power off. The rest of the scooter is pretty nice. Fit and finish, welds, display ect. If the battery wouldn’t had been bad it would definitely be 5 star especially for the price. Side note, called Amazon’s customer service to see if they’d send a new battery, battery was over half as much as the scooter so they just issued a refund and told me not to worry about returning it. So even though the battery had issues, amazon made it right. Ended up finding a battery on vevor for $83.
