I was searching for a flat bottom filter that would fit my Breville Precision Brewer as the 8-12 cup filters in my local grocery stores were not cutting it. They were all way undersized compared to the filter holder. However these filters fit perfectly. The attached picture is with the filter and 50g of dark roast coffee. I also like that they’re biodegradable as I plan to start composting my coffee wastes. I will definitely buy these again when I need filters next.

I use a Bunn coffee maker, which generally you want a larger filter for. In fact, the "official" Bunn coffee filters are larger than a standard over the counter filter. So, seeing these natural filters (our preference) were listed as "extra large," I figured they would be a nice substitute. These are just a little TOO big for my Bunn basket. But, they work with just a little rough and tumble getting the basket holder back in the coffee machine's basket grooves. However, these are great as food covers in the microwave. They fit over most of the plate and arch up so toppings like cheese can melt and not stick to them. So, there probably aren't a lot of coffee machines these with fit into without needing to be trimmed, but they're quite handy for microwaves. For that, I can give four stars.

I enjoy the entire process of making my morning brew. Every item must be top quality for my 18 oz daily consumption. I am definitely happy with these filters. The coffee beans that I perfectly grind appreciate being brewed with these far better filters than what I previously used. My Coffee grounds “thank me” for these filters by tasting great!

These filters are extra large and intended for basket coffee makers and as coffee filters go, these will work the same and as well as any other filter. The trick with basket filters is that they can be folded to make them suitable as a cone filter, as well. Fold it in half and press flat, fold about 1/3 over (see the pic), open it up and voila! - a perfectly functional cone coffee filter - will definitely work in a pinch if the store is ever out of cone filters - what do they call this? A hack!

The media could not be loaded. There is nothing wrong with these filters except that they are too large for a 10 cup coffeemaker.
