The banneton with liner is a great size for an artisan loaf, and the danish whisk is also a great size – – not too long nor too stubby. The lame provides opportunity for creative scoring. The flexible bench scraper is very handy to help with gathering the loaf for stretches and folds. I volunteer to teach Sourdough basics in people’s homes and plan to recommend this kit now!

Great deal on this product! I have been baking sourdough breads for years but thought I should go back to the basics and got this bundle. I've been making all my breads in a bread maker up until now. I think it's more fun when you get to work through all the processes yourself instead letting the bread maker do everything. I find that I am able to find issues and remedy them easier when I'm more involved. Would recommend to anyone trying to get into baking bread.

What I appreciated most about this package for bread making is that the items are good quality. You won't be needing to replace them as an advanced baker, as so often happens with cheaply made items. I'm super happy with my purchase

I bought this as a gift basket for our local hospital's raffle. All I had to add was a proofing jar and Flour Power, one of the better sourdough primers in print. The items in the kit are of a better quality than others I've seen and it's my understanding that my purchase helped a small/independent business. I feel good about donating this to our hospital's raffle.
