We needed a small sofa for the office that doubled as a sleeper for when we have guests. The small size and versatility of this sofa was just what we wanted. Love that it also has built in storage so we can store the sheets and whatnot for when we need to convert to a bed. It is a little hard right out of the box, but I assume it will get softer as it’s broken in over time. It’s still comfortable for sitting on right out of the box. Overall context: I ordered this item because of the reversible storage chaise feature, the ability to convert it to a sleeper sofa and because it measured 77 inches (on the smaller side but perfect for my purposes). Delivery: It was good. Amazon provided a code to confirm at time of delivery with the drivers. The sofa did arrive before the expected delivery date so make sure you’re home a couple of days prior just incase. The day of delivery, I was able to track my place in line for delivery with gos included. It was very helpful. Assembly: For 1 adult female (~early 30s) the assembly took a little under an hour. It could’ve taken 30minutes but it took a while because the chaise had the mending plates screwed on incorrectly (item B in the instruction manual). Once I swapped the pieces, assembly was a breeze from there. Hope this helps! ... show more
