The media could not be loaded. So easy to use right from the box. Easy set up, easy to use and easy to clean!! I love everything about this machine. Doesn't take up much countertop space. Doesn't take long to freeze juice or Pop. Worth the money, my family will enjoy all summer long.

On second machine and silver cylinder is freezing up preventing the black insert from moving around it. Sad... trying to contact customer service We are on the 3rd day and loving the Slushie Machine. Arrived on time, but the box should have been left sitting up instead of on its side. Still worked, but the Machine does need to sit up for 2hrs before using to freeze properly. Keeps slushy cold for hours, easy cleaning. Tips: we do not put alcohol over 16% in mixer (which is everythingexcept beer &wine), instead just make mix and put alcohol in cup and stir. This way it freezes faster and all can drink with or without alcohol. We put ingredients in a pitcher and put in refrigerator before pouring or just mix all cold ingredients in pitcher and pour in. Cons: there is no way to know the temperature for each picture mode selections. I mean... Slushie mode freezes better than milkshake and that is odd? Also drips a little, but the tray catches it. Overall Definitely a good purchase 👌 and a 100 cheaper than the others Edit: check the dispenser plug on main plastic casing, apparently myvleaks were caused by a cracked black o ring plug. I love the machine so sending back to get another to prevent leaking and further issues

Great product to make wine slushies! (That's all I make lol) quick and easy to make. Cleaning up is every easy as well. So far no issues, except people mistaken the release handle for the release of the slushie. This opens the machine where the slushy is house. I had to put a posted note on it not pull that handle. My opinion is they need to move that handle more to the back or side.
