We are on the 3rd day and loving the Slushie Machine. Arrived on time, but the box should have been left sitting up instead of on its side. Still worked, but the Machine does need to sit up for 2hrs before using to freeze properly. Keeps slushy cold for hours, easy cleaning. Tips: we do not put alcohol over 16% in mixer (which is everythingexcept beer &wine), instead just make mix and put alcohol in cup and stir. This way it freezes faster and all can drink with or without alcohol. We put ingredients in a pitcher and put in refrigerator before pouring or just mix all cold ingredients in pitcher and pour in. Cons: there is no way to know the temperature for each picture mode selections. I mean... Slushie mode freezes better than milkshake and that is odd? Also drips a little, but the tray catches it. Overall Definitely a good purchase 👌 and a 100 cheaper than the others Edit: check the dispenser plug on main plastic casing, apparently myvleaks were caused by a cracked black o ring plug. I love the machine so sending back to get another to prevent leaking and further issues

The media could not be loaded. This should be a 75oz unit, but as you can see it is clearly marked 48 oz max. The other problem is it doesn't turn on. Troubleshooting guide is loaded with two entire problems to help troubleshoot the display icons are all illuminated or the auger crackled well I wish I had one of those problems because it just doesn't turn on there is one interlock there's also protection circuit but I've already tried to unplug it for 20 seconds and plug it back in and yeah it's been upright for about a day so none of the built-in protection feature should be taken effect
