This machine is hands down the best value you can find in a dual bowl slushy machine. It is a solid/quality build and the controls are very easy to use/adjust. It has preconfigured temp settings for drinks/slush and alcohol slush. Those settings have been a bit off (too cold) in my experience but it's easy to change the and the control board saves it to memory for future use. The reason for me purchasing this over other options is the ease of cleaning. The bowls on this unit come off super easy and you can access/disassemble and clean the rest of the unit super easy. Even the handle/valve that holds the drink in the bowl easily come apart for cleaning. My only complaint on this is the bowl handles. The are plastic and my preference would to have had these made from a stronger material. They seem a little flimsy but not to the degree of causing concern of failure/breaking. Personally - I might try to find a better replacement option. After purchase service was great as well. I didn't receive a manual with my unit. They were quick to respond/send and offered to send additional seals/parts as I inquired about purchasing to have on hand. I would not hesitate to purchase this machine again and will also be looking at this companys other products (ice machine). Depending on how my family uses this - I may pick up another single unit. This way the adults can have 2 drink options and the kids can have their own!

While it seems like a nice and “easy to use” machine well it is not! You will think that for the price you pay that you will receive a great guided customer service support, well I was all wrong!!! Customer service is TERRIBLE…this one guy with a heavy accent I could not understand answered the phone and just told me to use “ChatGPT” for support on how to use and to make drinks on this machine???? Well that didn’t work quite well for me! You need special tools to measure sugar and alcohol content and a good guided customer service support which was not available for me! At the end the machine did not perform as expected therefore I had to return it. Not to mention Amazon delivered this very heavy package at a different address initially and I had to get assistance to bring it to my house. This whole experience has just been frustrating and I will not pay $700+ for this! No thank you!

I have had this machine for a little over five months and it’s been a very good machine. We use it weekly and sometimes we use it the entire weekend. Initially, there was a problem with a setting for one side that wasn’t freezing properly, however GSEICE was able to send me instructions to correct it and it has worked great ever since. The size to me is perfect for a household family or small gathering. It freezes fast and it doesn’t take long to get results. Overall, I would purchase this again. I have recommended to the manufacturer to make available extra parts such as seals and O-rings. I have not had to replace any of those parts yet, but I’m sure at some point they will eventually wear out.

works great fast delivery quick set up would definitely suggest watching video on operating only thing is when friend try to be helpful and clean they striped the agitator hold nuts but working with costumer service believe we now have two on the thy so can get it back up and running in time for football season

I set up my machine but had some questions about best practices. Called the phone number on the machine and was able to speak to someone who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Sent me several how to videos via text link just to make sure that I understand what he explained. I can't recall when I have experienced customer service at this level. And the machine is well built and works great.

I began to unpack my machine and noticed oil on the outside of the machine. I cleaned it off hoping it would work. After running the machine for over 1.5 hours, it never got cooler than 75.9 degrees. I contacted support and I was asked to remove the panel and email pictures to them. So I did. I’m waiting to hear what my next steps are.
