Beautiful fireplace. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because it does noy have a bottom flange for a smooth finish. The craftsmanship required for the right look has to be impeccable and I'm just not that good! I will contact the seller to see if there is a flange available.

I am usually skeptical of purchasing a product that should cost much more. The fireplace is easy to operate and it looks really nice. I just got it and I do hope it lasts, but so far I am quite amazed. With colors to choose from both for the rocks and the flame, there should be a combination to please everyone. The media could not be loaded. Loved the product. Size was perfect. Flames were really nice looking. Except for one thing that is so glaringly obvious that we are returning the product. There is a static image of fire that sits in front of the moving flames. I have not seen it in any of the other reviews so not sure if this is a new change? Not even 3 months after the replacement was sent its doing the same thing. Heat won't shut off and display shows 8.5. Seller sent me a brand new heater. We have been using it for a little over a week with no issues. Working great and looks great. worked for a day when we got it then would no longer let us adjust the temp. It shows 8.5 and won't shut the heat off and heat coming out is super-hot. Got this response from the company Turn on the heating switch, short press to adjust to display H1; 2. Long press 3S to display 62; 3. At this time, you can choose to add or subtract the temperature. 1st off why would I even need to do something like this to make it work 2nd I dont even know what they are talking about because I can't even find anything on it that flashes or says H1 or 3S. I unplugged the unit, and it worked fine for a week and now back to not letting us adjust the temp and the heat won't shut off and is so hot! I had to unplug it again but its won't even work this time just went back to showing 8.5. ... show more
