Item arrived early, but there was a problem with what was sent. Seller was very communicative and had the correct box shipped out as soon as possible. We actually received the updated box by the original delivery date. Assembly does take time, but that's expected. The directions were easy to follow. It looks great and is sturdy. Of course as soon as I got the set outside it rained. I loved that it came with the rain cover, and it dried off quickly. It's comfortable, and the cushions/pillows are a decent size. Overall, for the price, the set was worth it!

This set is really sharp looking and an incredible value for the money. It does take time to put it together, but everything was packaged beautifully, and it was easy to assemble. We purchased this for a back patio, and the fit was perfect. Thickness of the cushions and pillows are just right, and it really brought the entire patio together - creating a functional space. I added some throw blankets and faux plants to give it a styled look. It's really lovely. If you are looking for an affordable outdoor set - which is modular and can fit many configurations - you need to consider this! It would be lovely in a sunroom or covered outdoor space as well. Also comes with a furniture cover!

This couch is great! Unfortunately the first couch was missing a piece to the table but after emailing the seller they shipped me a new table. Building it was pretty simple as we're the instructions. I love the couch material. It is easy to wipe off and clean. The couch even comes with a cover that was unexpected. The only thing I don't like is the backs of the seats. I wish they were taller. That's the only reason I gave it 4 stars. Otherwise I am very happy with it and would recommend it to others.

First, when we received the first parcel and opened it, I was intimidated looking at all the parts and hardware. I'm 73 years old and was sure this was going to be one of those "Mission Impossible" moments. Nothing could have been further from the truth. All the item pieces were marked, the hardware pieces were individually bagged and the instructions were extremely easy to follow. Each step tells you exactly which pieces you will need and how many screws, shims or nuts you will need. During assembly we had a few missing screws and we immediately contacted the company and they were very accommodating and took care of this issue to both of our satisfaction. If every vendor on Amazon took the time and extra expense like they do, it would be great. Their communication was spot on and they get back to you in just a few hours. The furniture is beautiful and seems very sturdy. It should last for many, many years to come. Cushions are extremely comfortable and overall it's just a beautiful set of furniture. If you're in the market for patio furniture, look no further. Great furniture, great vendor and excellent customer service. If you're undecided on which furniture to buy, this should help make up your mind. Everything you're wanting is right here. Highly recommend this vendor and furniture 1000%!!!

The listing needs to be updated as I was expecting 3 boxes but only 2 came. I was nervous abt opening the 2 and possibly needing whatever was in the third box. Shortly after I ordered this at it went on sale for almost $70 cheaper. I asked Amazon to do a price adjustment and they said I had to ask the seller. I reach out to the seller and ask for a refund of the difference and abt the status of my other box. Seller promptly replied that they updated packaging and I had my complete order. Also told me upon assembling my set and satisfaction they wld gladly give me a price adjustment. I was able to assemble the seating by myself and when I got to the table I discovered I was missing the braces for the glass table and had to reach out to the seller again. The seller asked me to verify I was indeed missing those pieces and also to check if I needed anything else-this was the last piece to assemble. They shipped the braces and I was able to complete my set. It’s sturdy, the cushions are firm and looks great. Cannot wait to use once my gazebo is assembled!

I purchased this set from amazon in may of this year for my deck/covered porch, and I wanted amazon & the manufacturer to know I am absolutely happy with it! It was a fairly inexpensive set - I had done lots of looking for many months before buying - so I felt I was getting a good buy. But this patio set exceeded my expectations. Assembly was not difficult - the parts were well marked, there was plenty of hardware included and the directions were easy to understand but what really impressed my fiance & I was the quality of the product! Sturdy steel frame, thick cushions with well made heavy water repellant canvas covers - and the maker even included a large rain cover for free! I would recommend this patio set to anyone in the market for a great quality low priced set!

This sectional works and is comfortable enough. There is a huge design flaw from the perspective of "outdoor furniture": the pads are not waterproof on top, so they absorb rainwater. They are covered with plastic material on the bottom, which is water proof. This means that the water gets trapped in the sponge on the bottom and won't dry out even with over a week of no rain. This could have easily been fixed by not making the material at the bottom of the pads water proof. If you get this sectional, be prepared to also purchase water proof pads. Maybe cutting some holes in the bottom of the covers would work too, but this shouldn't be on the customer.
