Overall, I’m really happy with this patio set. It looks beautiful. The size is just right…not too small, not too large…and it feels sturdy once fully assembled, which I really appreciate. That said, there are a few things worth noting. The cushions are not linen like I had hoped, they’re more of a slick, waterproof material that feels a bit cheap to the touch. However, once you’re sitting or laying on them, they actually stay in place pretty well, which is a big plus. There’s nothing worse than outdoor cushions constantly sliding around, and these don’t do that much. The ottoman cushions, though, just sit on top without any kind of structure or grip to hold them in place. I was expecting them to fit into a slight inset or have some way of staying secured. I’ll continue using them to see how much they shift over time. Assembly was definitely the most challenging part. It took about 3 hours, and we needed a drill to get through it. Many of the holes didn’t align properly, and in some cases, plastic pieces partially blocked the openings, so it required quite a bit of force and patience. Some of the bolts are also in very tight spaces, so having a flexible drill attachment made a big difference. You will also absolutely want an Allen wrench drill bit otherwise you’ll be stuck using the small tool they include, which would take forever. My husband said it would this could easily turn into a multi-day project without adequate tools. I’ll be honest this is not something I would have enjoyed assembling on my own. In fact I wouldn’t have done it. I would have needed to hire a task rabbit or just return it if I didn’t have help. Purchase at your own knowledge of your patience. Despite the assembly challenges and the cushion material, the overall look, size, and sturdiness make it worth it. If you’re prepared for a bit of effort during setup, it’s a great value for the price. Update: I’ve had my set for 4-5 days and I am so upset with the fabric. It’s so slippery it falls off the sofa when you’re sitting on it. I’m trying to find replacement covers but the size 25x25 for the cushions is really not common.

There were SO many problems with this set!! Pieces missing, a screw was screwed into the wood armrest, the ratten was so torn up/falling apart, the wood piece were so torn up and many screws would not even screw all the way. (The thread wasn't good) I'm betting this was a return. I had spent 5hrs trying to build what I could get together and the rest was ruined. I was so disappointed that I just returned everything.

Really pretty furniture! Love the look and comfort of what I have put together thus far. Directions are easy to follow, but I’m giving this three stars for the cheap screws and screw holes being misaligned. The Allen wrench slips out of the screws so much that I’m stripping them. There is one piece (E2) that has a single screw hole that does not align correctly and I cannot put it together. This one screw hole helps attach the backrest to the arm rest.. also the furniture legs are hollow plastic. Which I was not expecting. Perhaps u missed it in the description though?

Looks so nice! Looks expensive! The back pillows slide. Super easy to put together. The first box came with half of the couch. And I had to contact customer support to track down the rest of the couch which took 4 days to arrive after the first box. I’m glad it came! It looks so good on my back porch!!

I would avoid this furniture at all costs. Terrible to try and put together. Had to spend another $100 on good screws, hardly anything lined up, instructions we awful. Do yourself a favor and look for something else.
