Received my patio set on Saturday. I was so excited to assemble it, which I did yesterday only to see it’s unraveling already!!! and there is rust at the bottom of the seating. Listen, this wasn’t cheap by any means $500 is a lot , by the looks of it, it seems like it was used, returned, sold and shipped to the other potential client, which was myself . Do better!!! I AM VERY Unhappy. Update on my patio set that I received , the seller was great on resolving all of my issues. I really appreciate them for making sure that my experience with them was flawless. Ordered during Prime days. Received 3 boxes; 1 was missing the bolts, 1 the bottom piece wasn’t drilled correctly. Contacted the seller. Sent bag of bolts and a new box with correctly drilled bottom. Great customer service. We love the set, exactly what we wanted.

We're very pleased with this product. it came in three boxes (three different days); after reviewing the instructions it was straight forward to assemble. The last box was missing a part but the customer service agent was able to get it replaced within a week.

This product is great especially for the price that we paid. It’s pretty cozy and sturdy without breaking the bank. The shipment arrives in 3 boxes. We had a little hiccup with one of the boxes where the products were damaged. The seller was quick to provide a replacement of those pieces - very pleased!

This patio set on sell during Amazon prime day was only slightly more expensive than a comparable used set. The company quick dispatched a set of bolts that was missing in the set that was delivered.
