    • This product needs a lot of help
I purchased this product and installed it and after using it for a couple of weeks have the following comments: This product could be a much better product if the company took some time to develop some documentation for it. 1.) Because there were no instructions for it, I did not know how to hook the backup camera up. I took a guess, but it doesn't work. When I put the car in reverse, the reverse screen comes up, but there is no video. There was a wire that had +12v and I assumed that it was for the backup power when the mini went into reverse, but this just doesn't work 2.) The system time can't be set. I have tried to set the time manually and change to a different time zone, but it still displays some crazy time that is not even in sync with the UTC (i.e. it's just not XX hours off of UTC). I then set it to be updated with the system, and when it connects to my Home's Wi-Fi, it still doesn't get set properly. 3.) The radio works, but you have to manually find the station that you want to hear. When you hit the scan forward icon, it goes to a preset frequency, but there is no radio station there. I set it to work with the US radio stations, but it doesn't scan and lock onto the next station like all other radios do. ... show more

It came with no instructions or a manual, everything just thrown in the bottom of the box. Foreign languages that we cannot determine what is what to install.
