The media could not be loaded. I was skeptical about this purchase at first. Took the risk and finally got it. Package Delivered safely. No scratches or dents considering how heavy it was. I was able to move it upstairs with precautions. I got the 7.6 cu ft. Seems sturdy and itโs a good-looking as well. Inside of the safe is roomy enough for my important valuables and documents. Overall Itโs good to have a safe place to keep my belongings. I like the feature having hidden lockbox. I added a magnetic light inside just to make lighten up the inside and help to see stuffs more brightly. Red button was not mentioned on the manual but you may find it behind each of the door edge. Set up wasnโt difficult. Setting up or change passcode is easy. Easy steps to follow if you want to change passcodes. Also, in case you found yourself with a dead battery or emergency manual key was left inside the safe; there is white plastic box where you may put batteries and use it as a backup to insert passcode and access to your safe. The safe is supposed to be Fire and Water proof/resistant, but I hope it never comes to that. However, thatโs the point of investing on this thing right? There are holes on the back of the safe where you can secure the safe. I was told thereโs one on the bottom as well; secure it to the floor. Mine doesnโt have bottom holes for some reason. But anyways, I liked it so far. customers service was reachable and answered some of my questions. It may not be like your bank vault secure, although itโs perfect for home office or just for personal belongings with budget friendly, good looking and well built. Canโt go wrong with this one. Highly recommended.

Well, without trying to drill into the safe or set it on fire, I wont be able to really test those capabilities (smile). However the locking aspects and the sturdiness of the safe, seem to be good. Having three different compartments (Top, Bottom and Hidden) make this versatile for keeping various things locked and ability to share with different family members. This safe is not waterproof however. The Safe doors have a light on the side that stays on for a few seconds after closing the door, and the light can be seen around the door outline , which means water can get in. The safe arrived well packaged, but the door to the hidden safe came broken. I contacted customer service of the Seller and after some request for information (pictures, etc) They promptly sent me a replacement part. Would give 5 stars to their service team. If you need to lock some important items away, this is a good cost effective option.

Update: the seller contacted me and was willing refund $100 back and discussed what was wrong they seem be trying make it better and willing to figure how to make their product best for their customers! There was a crack under top door. We got the 2 door safe. We are thinking due to shipping (even though they had a lot of protection around the safe.) And the hidden department doesn't lock. I all ready wrote a good review and was denied it to be posted so I'm not going go into details again. It also took forever to be sent off last minute as it was in stock when we bought it. It's not that heavy as it says and I don't got the pictures anymore that I tried show proof. It's not right to not allow the truth and deny posting a review just because it's true and didn't say great buy...Id say it should been $100 less than it was.

I bought this safe. We canโt open it. The safe is locked. The keys donโt work. We requested that we would like to return and you messaged and said we would receive a label. We still havenโt received anything. Where is the label? We will not get our return until we can drop it off. This is a bad way to conduct a business.

I got 7.6 cu ft. Excellent budget friendly option, very roomy, sturdy and good-looking. Hidden lockbox is a nice feature. Came very well packed, no scratches or dents. It is heavy, but one person can move it up or downstairs in the original packaging without damaging the safe. I was able to, fairly easily at that. If I had to pick, I'd say the instructions are far from clear. For example, the red button some users can't find is indeed there, but it's not in plain view and located on the inside side of each door, see the attached pictures. It would be helpful if the instructions mentioned that. Also, they include two sets of emergency keys. They are color coded black and blue but again, no explanation which door each set is for. FYI, black is for the top, blue for the bottom. However, these are just little annoying details that can make the setup unnecessarily confusing and don't reflect on the quality of the product. It may not be "bank vault" secure, but it's perfect for a home office and very attractively priced. No regrets, highly recommend

It's 7.6 sq ft, so it's a nice size for a small safe. It's roomy inside and the two compartments are divided by a removable shelf, each. I think I read somewhere it's supposed to be about 70 pounds. But I doubt that. But it's not light. You can always bolt it down and or put extra weight in it to make it too awkward to be carried away easily. Safe body seems to be reasonably thick, sheet metal "for what it is". I would say it would not handle a lot of heat for long in a serious fire. But, it will keep things reasonably secure in it. The red password button is hidden behind, by the door hinge. The emergency keyholes are under the black buttons of the bird symbol. Press the button on the lower half and pluck on the upper exposed edge to take it off. They're held in by two magnets. Instructions cover the rest! No matter what remember, in everythig, security is enhanced and theft is made more difficult but never fulproof. Plan accordingly! I'll see yet, how reliably it works. #....11420
