This is my 3rd OnePlus phone. I don't see the point of paying $1200 for a phone that you're going to want to throw away in 2 years. I haven't paid a total sum of 1200 for every phone I've ever had. The 5g on this phone works fine, good processor speed. My only complaints are that the storage is a bit lacking so I have to be careful of trying to store too many photos, and once in a while there's a little delay bringing up my recent contact list. I bought me and my husband one of these phones I got us both cases for them and glass protection screen covers the phones were OK my husband's I had to send back because the screen wouldn't work sometimes then when we would call each other our phones would echo so bad then me and him had dropped our phones the screens on both cracked so the cases and screen protectors did not protect them at all they are slow I only had mine for 3 months because I had dropped mine again and it shattered the screen then the phone began to get hot the screen completely came off I would not recommend this phone. ... show more

This was my second Nord phone. The phone was as good as new in perfect condition works great and a great price too. Update: after a month everyone I spoke to said they had a terrible echo when they spoke to me using this phone. I thought it was an issue on their phone but it was this phone that caused the problem. I'm returning it because now voices are breaking up so I can't clearly understand people I'm speaking to. My service provider says there must be a defect with my microphone or speaker. ... show more

The phone was supposed to be in 'very good, renewed new' condition, but arrived with a noticeable crack in the screen.. I've only had the phone a few days and the crack has already spread across much of the screen! The phone is also behaving erratically; it lags when being unlocked and the fingerprint sensor only works about 50% of the time. There isn't actually 8GB of RAM included with my model; it comes with 4GB, and I have to come up with the other 4GB using the phone's internal storage. All in all, it's not a terrible phone; it looks nice, and it performs adequately.
