Update Aug 25 2024 - 8 months on going strong.. What a machine! Amazing, quiet, powerful! Many batches of bread , cakes, muffins turned out beautifully! So happy that I selected this after a lot of research comparing with famous brands like KA, Breville, Bosch, Kenwood. My last one was a KA bowl lift. I wish Zacme would advertise more so more people can know about this great mixer. I thank Amy learns to cook for the demo of this machine that got this on my radar. Great quality for a great price! Looking forward to using my Zacme for Fall/Holiday entertaining! Update April 20 24 Amazing machine. Baking 2-3 batches of breads each time. We are only eating homemade breads for past 4 months. This is so powerful a machine for big batches of dough. And still super quiet. I have used KA for many years but the Zacme is so much better and stronger. Cannot even compare them. Maybe the KA commercial could be good but this one is at less than half $. The accessories are all steel and the timer/pause etc is super convenient. If you are looking for a stand mixer I would recommend Zacme in a heartbeat. Jan 20 24It’s been a month since I bought the 7.4 Zacme. I am impressed how well this machine works. I bought after watching it on YouTube ( Amy Learns to Cook). Due to quality, functionality and price I chose this after months of research and compared with Ank, Bosch, KA etc. . The DC motor is super quiet, love the timer/pause function and fabulous stainless steel heavy accessories. The 7.4 qt also has the digital accessory selector for safety. The stir speed is amazing. I have kneaded dough for 2-3 loaves at a time following the recommended volume and hydration%. It keeps going for 7-12mins or more without any noise, strain or jumping. Compared to my old famous name mixer the dough hook motion gathers all the flour from the bottom and the sides without requiring constant scraping. Cookies and cake came out excellent. For questions I was able to connect via email provided by Amazon. Very responsive customer service!! Highly recommend.

We had a $700 KitchenAid Professional stand mixer for many years. It struggled mightily to mix 3 loaves of bread, the motor would slow down under load and make a lot of noise, it would overheat and stop, and finally the gears gave out. We wanted something more sturdy with more power. This bulletproof Zacme mixer simply blows KitchenAid away. Almost every week we make 3 large loaves of whole wheat bread using 11 cups of flour. The motor never slows down no matter what we throw at it. It is super quiet compared to the noisy KitchenAid. It handles a heavy mixing load with ease and grace without slowing a bit. I'm amazed at the power and durability. Sure, it's heavier, because it's so tough and powerful. If you want to make large batches of homemade bread, this is your guy. We were all very happily surprised at this quiet kitchen monster!

When my 45yo KitchenAid died after using the ice cream maker attachment only two times, we tried to fix the motor drive only to learn that the insides of the KA left a lot to be desired. Search on and it appears that KA is still essentially using the original specs rather than utilizing available motor advancements. I found only one stand mixer with advanced mechanics, gears, cooling… ZACME! And for about half the price! I am so much more pleased with this mechanically sound and functionally quiet machine. Did I mention how quiet and strong this motor is??? OMG. I cannot wait to make bread and pizza doughs, and custards and marshmallows.

I bought the 8.4 qt. Zacme mixer on sale based on online & Amazon reviews and because it was almost $500 cheaper than a comparable KA professional model. It is heavy, sturdy and the suction cups on the bottom hold it firmly on the counter. It is quiet regardless of the speed and the dough hook, paddle and wisk are stainless steel and perform their respective tasks well. I have not purchased, yet, any attachments. It has been used for whipped potatoes, lemon meringue pie topping, dinner rolls and assorted breads. There are no complaints. For the price, which has increased substantially since I bought it, it was a "good deal". Now for the "almost" part: 1) It has its own limited, proprietary attachments (some reviews are incorrect regarding this) meaning nothing from KA can be used with the mixer. 2) The 8.4 qt. model does not come with a pouring shield and the 7qt. model's won't fit, including a scraper paddle. The smaller bowl and paddle would have to be purchased seperately for almost an additional $90+ and no pouring shield is indicated as available. My work around was to buy a pair of stainless steel shields (found on Amazon) which attach to the rim of the larger bowl. 3) None of the mixer covers available for even the largest KA stand mixer will fit, making it harder to protect, store and keep clean. I had to have one professionally made at almost $100! 4) While it's weight helps keep it stable, it's a beast to lug off the shelf to the counter. Any of the mobile counter platforms for KA mixers are too small and I haven't found a workaround. Consequently... The Zacme 8.4 qt. stand mixer is serviceable unit BUT as it appears to be positioned to compete with KA, it falls short due to its limited attachments and incompatibility with KA. The smaller unit's parts are not interchangeable with the larger and Zacme does not make any; and there are no 3rd party accessories that fit it. Hence, the 4 ⭐'s & Almost.. If I had to do it all over again I would have bit the bullet and spent the money on an ATK recommended KA Professional and not a 2nd tier "wanna be". Sorry Zacme but you really need to step it up if you're going after KA; their model line is extensive and complete!
