We have a lot of leaves around this new house and this rake is very effective and light. The old one that was lying around gave me splinters! That won't happen with this one, which is made of aluminum, I believe, and plastic. Terrific buy for a good price.

I like that this rake is small, lightweight, easy to assemble and store. It is for a cement patio with constant privet hedge trimmings debris removal. It is METAL. My last one was plastic and snapped in two.
