This was a great find! Got it on prime deal! It works great and the size capacity is large! I love the fact we can switch to refrigerator or freezer and there's a flash freeze setting! Two of my three drawers came broken, the clips that connect the drawer face to the drawer, and I got wonderful customer support. Sadly, they had no replacements available but a solution was found. It came banged up on the back and sides, but that is not the sellers fault. You can see where the forklift picked it up! Seller gave me a discount, so i was grateful for that! So far it has been a great freezer after around 3 months!

That this company wants me to send them photos of ice frost caused by freezer. Tiny dent in back of freezer. I turned off freezer for fear of electrical or other problem. Expecting BANGSON to pick it up & send me a refund. I will not be buying any more appliances or large items from Amazon or BANGSON

I was a bit wary of ordering this freezers based on the reviews on amazon, about arriving with dents and damage. I pleased to say mine arrived in perfect condition. It was well padded with styrofoam and was delivered on time. I just put it in the place i wanted ut and switched it on. Left it until next day and then transferred the stuff from my chest freezer into it. Its ran faultlessly ever since. Does exactly what its supposed to. Takes up very little space. Im very happy with it. For the price its really unbeatable.

This turned out to be a gem of a find. First, it's quiet. Then there's the fit and finish; no dents, no scratches, the door seals as it should. We were able to set the thermostat below the mid-level to freeze our contents; we used a thermometer for a precise setting. We purchased the all-white version to match the other appliances in our over-sized laundry room. The glass shelves are a plus; there are three pull out bins that can be used optionally with the three lower glass shelves. The shipping box with the wood and styrofoam inserts was a plus; FedEx did their best to try and destroy the freezer in shipment but the quality of the packaging saved the freezer. Recommendations for the manufacturer: 1) Eliminate providing the ice cube tray (it's too small). 2) I received two metal brackets (refer to photo) that were not mentioned in the product manual, so an explanation as to their use would be helpful, and 3) There is a "Before Use" card taped to the interior of the freezer; the space installation (clearance) requirements differ from those cited on page 5 of the User Manual, #2 "Installing your appliance".

I originally was purchasing a 2 letter brand Freezer that has 7 shelves from a big box electronics store. They kept changing the delivery date from 7 days, to 14 days, to 1 month, and finally 2 1/2 months when I canceled it. I found this on Amazon and although there were only 5 reviews…their reviews were so enthusiastic and full of praise that I took a chance and I’m glad a did. Delivered in 5 days in perfect condition. It is far superior to the other one I tried to buy. It has a roomy interior and the glass (not plastic) shelves are removable for cleaning. The 3 bottom drawers are very useful for odds and ends. Lots of interior space and in a pinch, you can remove a glass shelf to put something tall and big (like a turkey) inside. Adjusting the thermostat to the optimal 0 degrees Fahrenheit is a bit tricky, but I turned it to Max and placed an outdoor wireless thermometer inside. When the temperature reached -6, I slowly turned the thermostat down until the compressor stopped. Another nice feature, refrigerator magnets will stick to door and sides.

Came with dings from shipping. There is not a grate to cover the motor in the back. However, works great for rhe garage. The drawers help organize my food. I will say it is smaller than my reach in, but way easier to get to things. Don't think a turkey will fit in there though.
