This lamp looks really high end. It has a dimmer switch on it so you can control the brightness. Super easy to put together and is very sturdy. The only reason I took a star away is due to one of the lamp shades arrive dented in.

This lamp works perfectly in my new living room. I love the look of the "lanterns" (they remind me of the lamp post from Spirited Away.) I enjoy the look of the bulbs & the dimming feature. It was pretty easy to put together (no tools needed), with only a bit of the assembly of the pole giving me issues. (The cord that runs through the pole took a bit of wiggling to get it to move so the bits could screw together.) It took maybe 20 minutes to put together. I agree with other reviewers that the "cages" are a bit flimsy and may need popping out into the correct shape, but they are sturdy enough to last one it has been put together. ... show more
