I reduced a star because none of the hardware was labeled and it didn't match the numeration listings in the instructions. Overall appearance is nice but it came with all the screws and parts scrambled throughout the box which made it hard to put together as some screws were missing and not labeled. The leg of the couch was also broken. Last but not least this is NOT a queen size bed. It’s a full if that.

Incredibly comfortable! Assembly was easy and relatively quick. We use this as both a couch and pull out bed. Converting to either one is very simple. You can also add a memory foam mattress pad for added comfort. Overall I'm very satisfied with my purchase and recommend this.

It’s very soft, it’s not easy to put together when you first start because the baby wrench 🔧 they add doesn’t stay and slips a lot. I do love the comfort of it. I’ll update again later. It’s a Great couch/ Bed for teen or young adult. Also if someone is visiting and need a bed to sleep on.

We gave the 3 stars not very satisfied with the design, so instead of five stars we gave them three because we did like the sofa but as for the pillows we didn’t like the lower ones it makes no sense to have to constantly push the seat portion in and back daily after only sitting on the couch it’s annoying for us, between the back rest and seating area a real pain since it will not stay in place. The problem with this is had we known we may have not ordered it. Otherwise, it looks good, but can use some more thought into the design. Besides that we appreciate it’s a sofa and bed .
