I just received the Olly Undeniable Beauty Hair, Skin & Nails Gummies and they're absolutely delicious! I decided to post this initial critique based on the scent, flavor and consistency of the gummies which I sampled when I incorporated them into my daily vitamin routine shortly after taking the bottle out of the shipping package. The first thing that hit me was the fantastic, very pure grapefruit scent. Absolutely amazing! It really smells like there's a grapefruit in the bottle. After my breakfast, I chewed two gummies after taking my regular daily vitamins and they're really terrific! You're getting that wonderful grapefruit taste and the consistency is good, like eating extreme high quality candy. This is a totally perfect nutritional experience. These gummies are loaded with Biotin, Keratin, Vitamin C and Vitamin E. In incorporating these gummies into my daily vitamin routine, I know they'll provide a noticeable, substantial addition to quality daily nutrition benefitting my hair, skin and nails as advertised. That's obvious. I've already incorporated the Olly Hair Vitamin into my daily diet which has produced substantial results in terms of my hair's volume, thickness and overall strength along with some nice side effects benefitting my skin's texture and glow. They look like ripe, exotic dark purple berries of summer and they sure taste great! I'm confident these gummies will produce remarkable results. The bottle of softgel gummies arrived in a large package that incorporates a refrigerated gel-like substance that keeps the bottle cool for around 24-48 hours after shipping. Personally, I've decided not to refrigerate the gummies as it's not noted anywhere on the bottle to refrigerate them. Refrigerating them is based on personal preference and convenience. As long as they're stored in a cool, dry place they'll be fine. These gummies have already earned my very highest recommendation on the very day I received and sampled them. They're absolutely amazing and I recommend them to everyone. Will update my review to include performance results in 30-60 days. I like the Beauty gummies; I take them 3 days a week. There are good for my hair, and my skin. I have noticed a difference in the health of my hair, it's thicker and glossier. I find it is also helping my skin, it looks and feels healthier. It doesn't happen overnight, but it did make worthwhile changes, after a few months. You can take it every day if you want. I don't think I need to, I am getting results, with my own schedule. The gummies taste good and are easy to chew. Keep them out of the sun and the fridge, or they will stick together. ... show more

Taste great. I took them for a year and didn't see any changes. I have chicken skin ( excess keratin production) thick hair, long nails, and acne and nothing changed. I'm convinced castor oil is the only thing that helps my acne but doesn't make it fully go away. Kinda gets expensive for not seeing results for this product ... show more
