I like the Beauty gummies; I take them 3 days a week. There are good for my hair, and my skin. I have noticed a difference in the health of my hair, it's thicker and glossier. I find it is also helping my skin, it looks and feels healthier. It doesn't happen overnight, but it did make worthwhile changes, after a few months. You can take it every day if you want. I don't think I need to, I am getting results, with my own schedule. The gummies taste good and are easy to chew. Keep them out of the sun and the fridge, or they will stick together.

I just received the Olly Undeniable Beauty Hair, Skin & Nails Gummies and they're absolutely delicious! I decided to post this initial critique based on the scent, flavor and consistency of the gummies which I sampled when I incorporated them into my daily vitamin routine shortly after taking the bottle out of the shipping package. The first thing that hit me was the fantastic, very pure grapefruit scent. Absolutely amazing! It really smells like there's a grapefruit in the bottle. After my breakfast, I chewed two gummies after taking my regular daily vitamins and they're really terrific! You're getting that wonderful grapefruit taste and the consistency is good, like eating extreme high quality candy. This is a totally perfect nutritional experience. These gummies are loaded with Biotin, Keratin, Vitamin C and Vitamin E. In incorporating these gummies into my daily vitamin routine, I know they'll provide a noticeable, substantial addition to quality daily nutrition benefitting my hair, skin and nails as advertised. That's obvious. I've already incorporated the Olly Hair Vitamin into my daily diet which has produced substantial results in terms of my hair's volume, thickness and overall strength along with some nice side effects benefitting my skin's texture and glow. They look like ripe, exotic dark purple berries of summer and they sure taste great! I'm confident these gummies will produce remarkable results. The bottle of softgel gummies arrived in a large package that incorporates a refrigerated gel-like substance that keeps the bottle cool for around 24-48 hours after shipping. Personally, I've decided not to refrigerate the gummies as it's not noted anywhere on the bottle to refrigerate them. Refrigerating them is based on personal preference and convenience. As long as they're stored in a cool, dry place they'll be fine. These gummies have already earned my very highest recommendation on the very day I received and sampled them. They're absolutely amazing and I recommend them to everyone. Will update my review to include performance results in 30-60 days. These tasted great. I feel like they did help but not as much as I was hoping. small increment improvement is how I would describe. If you're looking for that little extra great vitamin. But if you are looking for full replacement I would say try but might want to keep looking!

There's honestly nothing bad I can say about Olly's Undeniable Beauty Gummies. They taste delicious, the portion size is perfect, and most importantly, they work. I have noticed a real improvement in my hair growth since adding them to my daily routine. I am currently growing out my hair after keeping it short for years, and I can confidently say I would not be making progress nearly as quickly without this supplement. If I had to say something negative, it's that I wish I could eat more - they are that tasty! Be warned: once you start, you will probably be hooked like I am.

I've been taking these gummies for about 6 months and I feel like it's making a huge difference! My hair is so much healthier than it once was and it is so shiny. For all of my life, I’ve dealt with thin fingernails that easily split or fold backwards. It’s incredibly annoying and often painful and occurred frequently. I was a skeptic on supplements for nail growth, but decided to give this one a try. I started noticing a difference in less than 2 weeks. I have continued to use them for a few months now. I used to experience split or bent nails every month, sometimes even multiple times in a month. Since taking this supplement (2 gummies daily) I haven’t had one split nor bent nail. I can feel the difference in strength when I press at the end of the nail. Now, I still don’t have super strong nails, but I have completely eliminated the painful and annoying results of my natural nails and for this I highly recommend this product. It even has a pleasant taste if you like grapefruit.

Haven’t been taking long but it taste like medicine and not very good in my opinion my hair or nails haven’t grown yet and I’m breaking out on my chin area the taste is the worse it’s like the liquid medicine I used to take as a child not very good don’t know if I can get past the taste.
