I've been taking Women's Gummies from Centrium, but it was lacking the vitamins that OLLY's gummies had. I bought these to take together with the Centrium gummies. I have a hard time swallowing pills, so I rely on gummies. The flavor is great. This was one of my biggest concerns trying this brand for the first time. They have a fruity, palatable flavor - as good as the Centrium gummies. I can take the two gummies (recommended dose) and chew on them together with my other gummies. I bought these because I don't eat enough foods that have sources of VItamin E and Keratin. Being in my mid 40s, my nails started looking a bit brittle (among other things). I noticed a little bit of an improvement in my nails already so far. I've read the reviews here and some people stating "I don't see a difference." I've taken similar supplements such as these on and off in the past. Keep in mind that these are supplemental vitamins, not replacement sources. If you already eat a lot of: garlic, onions, broccoli, peanut butter, sunflower seeds, spinach, kale, avocado and a ton of citrus-y fruits... among other things, then of course you're not going to notice some drastic difference. These vitamins are also not going to fix any genetic predispositions or hormonal imbalances, but they can help boost certain areas where your system is lacking. I ordered this for hair loss but actually it's helping my skin tremendously! For about a year my skin has been so dry it's ridiculous and I drink tons of alkaline water everyday. Well I started taking this and I noticed a significant improvement in the moisture of my skin! It's not flaking anymore! Excellent product! I (27/F) bought both the Undeniable Beauty and the Vibrant Skin versions listed here. I like that this brand is labeled with the things the supplements are intended to DO, not just what's in them. Yes, I fell for the packaging, but these are approachable and address the needs I was looking to address. I like that they're gummies, too--much easier to deal with than caplets. Plus, the price (at Target or another brick-and-mortar retailer, at least) is pretty comparable to other similar products. (It's WILDLY variable on Amazon, I think because they're being resold.) I also ended up buying the Endless Energy and the Totally Calm, which are seriously effective and you only take as needed. So I'll probably continue to buy this brand. One note, though--regular dosage is TWO of each. So you get half as many doses as it seems like you're getting. (30 for Undeniable Beauty and 25 for Vibrant Skin.) First of all, the taste: They don't taste like candy, and they don't taste like your old Flintstones vitamins. Once you get past that, it's really not too bad. Over the two weeks I've had them, I've gone from quickly chewing them up and swallowing without letting them touch my tongue to chewing and swallowing them like a normal food. I'd call that a win. The Vibrant Skin tastes better and has a nicer texture than the Undeniable Beauty, in my opinion (less weird medicinal smells and aftertaste, and a texture more like a regular gummy). But they're both completely tolerable now. Secondly, the effect: I haven't been taking them THAT long, but I do think I see some improvement in my skin, which is what I was mostly looking to improve. I've had a couple of breakouts (to be expected when introducing biotin, as I understand it), but they've healed a lot faster than usual. I've recently had zits that have taken MONTHS to fade completely, but one I got a week ago is already pretty much completely gone. Two others that were fairly painful for a day or two are now flat and fading well. Overall, my skin does seem more resilient, and when I haven't had breakouts, I've almost been tempted to go without makeup--something I almost never did before. As for the ingredients, I'm not sure hyaluronic acid has any proven effect on skin when taken orally (at least I couldn't find any studies to back it up). But it IS good for joint health, which, I mean, okay, I'll take that. Biotin and collagen seem legit, there's no harm in taking more vitamin C, and the other things seem fairly harmless. I'm going to keep taking these every day till I run out. Hopefully I'll continue to see improvement in my skin and maybe start seeing some in my hair, and if so, I'll definitely repurchase. ... show more

I have been taking these for about 45 days and am very impressed by the new growth of hair I have. I lost a lot of hair when my mother passed away. in 2022 and I recently started taking this for new hair growth. The new hair growth is almost 2 inches long now. Plus my nails have always been strong and grew quickly, but now they are super hard and grow extremely fast! I will definitely continue using these!!! :) ... show more
