I didn't have high expectations for this, but it turned out this light works really well. Charges with USB, has a motion detector, so the light only stays on after 20 seconds of closing the door. The unit is magnetic and comes with small steel plates that can be stuck on any flat surface, so the unit can be installed in almost any location. However, if you ever have to remove the steel plates, there's a good chance it will leave marks or damage the paint because the stickers look strong. A better option I found for a closet installations is to hang the unit with a small hook. There is a built-in hanger on the top of the unit that pulls out. What I found is that the unit can easily install on the side of the door jamb without interfering with the door, and from this position, it lights the closet really well. It also comes with three power settings and the middle one is more than adequate. I used this to light a pantry and it is absolutely perfect. Comes on right when I open the door, and turns off automatically in 20 seconds once the door is closed. And since there are two units, I can leave one constantly charging as a backup and since it hangs on a hook, it is a breeze to swap out. Really great product.

They can be brighter than the ones I bought previously, but they keep reverting to the yellow-tone color over the bright white without me touching them so I have to keep changing that. And the brightness needs to be adjusted occasionally as it sometimes goes to the dimmer setting without me touching them. They are pretty good at coming on with motion sensing. I have 4 lights, 2 different brands, and sometimes one light will come on and the one next to it won't unless I wave my hand. They could be too close, so you might want to watch that when installing. I've tried flipping them so the sensors aren't together but it doesn't always help. I have to charge them about every 1 1/2 weeks. No biggie. They charge in a couple hours and back up they go. Installation was super easy. Stick and go. I haven't tried to move them after the initial install because I don't want to have them not stick if I try it. I love having the motion lights as I keep the lights in the house pretty dim because I have eye problems and its nice to just walk in the kitchen area and have lighting where I need it rather than a blaring light over the entire kitchen. They even come on for the dog sometimes when she goes in to get a drink or a bite to eat! If they could fix it so it didn't change settings on me, I'd order more for different areas of the house.

I have been looking for ideal motion sensor lights for hallways and bathrooms till I saw this on Amazon. The light I ordered was 3 sets of 13.5 inches--65 Led. The motion sensor is awesome. I put them in the hallways and bathroom. I didn't realize that they turn off FASTER than expected right after activiating. So, it's ideal for hallways, not for bathroom or closets. Would be nice if it has heat/motion sensor! That will change everything and every possibility for all rooms. Other things I like was 3 different white; warm, cool and natural and lifelong replacement for free. Only one thing i dislike was sticker. It couldn't hold long!!! 4 out of 6 fell down and broke 2 of them from the ceiling. I used fishing line and hook to hold the lights forever. If there was stronger adhesive that can hold forever, please let me know. I could try 3M stickers sometimes soon. The lights are awesome!!! I would order more if it has heat sensors, also which will solve all of the possibilities and rooms! I plan to send an email asking for the replacements. I will keep youyn posted of how fast their service is. Overall, it s a great product for quick light such as hallways or any walk-through rooms.

I have a very small kitchen with very little light in my lake house. I could never see well enough to do tasks on the counter tops. On a whim I purchased 2 of these light bars. I was weary that it wouldn't be enough light, they would die too quickly or the quality would be bad. BUT! So far the charging lasts for as long as I need it, they are the perfect amount of light & the quality isn't bad. A bonus is the light temperature changes. I can use a bright light when I'm working & change to the softer glow for ambiance. I have 2 but most of the time I work on one side of the counter. I can easily move one to the side I like while I'm charging the other so which is very convenient. No matter what, one light is always charged. I have not used the motion sensor so I can't comment on that but I'm very happy overall. I am in the US & I did pay money for this item. ;)

These lights are simple to install. They have a very streamlined profile. They have multiple color settings and multiple brightness settings. They work flawlessly so far with motion detection. No wiring, just place the magnetic pieces on the back of the lights, peel off the paper protecting the sticky tape and raise the light into place. You can then simply remove the light for charging by grabbing the light and detaching it from its magnetic perch. Brilliant! No wires. No plugs. I’ve always wanted under cabinet lighting. This is a great solution and they totally transform my kitchen lighting. I bought more for my laundry room and under stairway closet. I highly recommend.

I needed an auto motion sensor light for night time and like how sleek and slim these auto sensor lights are. They are very bright and enough for my intended use. I like the silver chrome color and the choice of brightness. The usb charging is easy, though the magnetic stick tabs only held these up underneath the cupboards for about three days, before they failed and fell off. No worry as they fit along the top of the counter and I just moved them there. A usb charge has held for a week and a half so far. They work so well so far that I ordered another pair. I will update if anything changes, but I am pleased with these.

These lights are awesome. I really like the fact you can adjust the color and the level of the light. They were super easy to install and work perfectly. I installed these in some cabinets and the motion detection is great. We had another brand that the motion was not the good and thus the lights did not always come on.
