I'm a 60 something intelligent female. My mower kept dying. It would start, then die. Obviously a fuel issue. I had contacted someone to do my lawn for me but hate the thought of paying for something i can do myself. So, I got the info off my mower, and ordered. For twenty bucks, give or take, I ordered this, got it quickly, put it on, and I'm back in business. Mowing. The only minor downside, was it included a fuel line filter which my mower does not have on it. It needs it, i just need to figure out which way it needs to be installed, and I will get the hose clamps and install it on my gas line. Some have an arrow so you know which way it goes, this one does not. But still, mower is running well, new air filter, great purchase.

I have a Toro mower that's around 18 years old. I live in Central TX, where our mowing season is about 10 months long. In short, I use this mower a lot. Despite its regular use, it still starts in one or two pulls, mows my 1/4-acre lot perfectly, and requires very little maintenance. My old Toro is still doing a great job, thanks to this carburetor kit. I first replaced the factory carburetor about two years ago, and the mower ran like a top. Last week, I saw some gas dripping from the air filter, which typically means the carburetor float isn't shutting off the flow of gas. I ordered another kit, which was on my doorstep the following morning. The kit included a new carburetor, spark plug, air filter, and necessary gasket. After a quick 20-minute change-out, I was back in the yard mowing, problem fixed. Unlike me, it seems this old Toro isn’t ready to retire just yet!

So, I got a Toro lawnmower for free! Yay, right? Turns out that it wouldn't start and after a review of info online led me to getting a carb replacement kit. To be fair I probably could have done a carb rebuild but it was less than $15 for the carb, filter, gaskets etc. shipped. Install was easy enough. Starts on first pull and cuts the lawn. Win-win. I did have to buy a separate item (breather tube) that had cracked before changing the carb out but this kit worked great out of the box.

My Toro Recycler model #20016 had seen better days. It still looked pretty good but the last few years it has been running pretty rough. About a month ago I replaced the carburetor with a different one I found here on Amazon. It took about 20 primer pushes and starting fluid to get it running. Shut it off for a few minutes and you had to repeat the whole process. Very frustrating. I started looking at new mowers and ran into some serious sticker shock. Having more time than money I ordered this one. It had a lot of good reviews so I had my fingers crossed that it would work. I didn't use the included spark plug or air filter. I got it installed in short order and primed it three times. Moment of truth, It started on the first pull and needed no adjustment. It runs like a new mower and I'm happy I can eat this month instead of buying a new one.

What a great price and a complete carburetor. I did have to use the old air filter mount from the old carb., but that is fine and to be expected. It's nice to have the extra air cleaner and I'll save it for later.

It replaced the old one perfectly. The lawn mower that I installed it on had not been started in years. After the install, the mower started with the second pull and ran fine.

It is a direct fit on my Toro front wheel drive mower. LV195. I didn't realize the lost power I was experiencing until I changed out the carb. I used to remove/break down/clean old carbs. Now I get new, replace. I had already changed the spark plug and air filter for the season, so the extra that is included will be used next season. There is an extra fuel pump button/retainer ring too I don't need yet since the carb came with a new one on it. My mower NEVER had a fuel filter but one came with this, so I cut the fuel line and installed it. Before removing the old, spray carb cleaner/degreaser etc over the old carb, linkages, etc. Makes installing the new easier. Remember to take pics before you remove so you know how to install new if you've never done before. I bought 3 so I used 1 with 2 spares.
