For an Amazon product this company took the time to put quality into their product by protecting it with bubble wrap and zip ties. Secondly I love the look and quality of the metal and design especially the flag, made my ride look amazing for a good price. Instructions were also pretty easy to understand as well as the fit on my jeep’s roof. So far it fits tight and theirs surprisingly no wind noise. All in all this is probably the best roof rack you can buy that actually took time in their quality unlike others and the reflectors on the back are nice too and the stars. As others have mentioned, there are no instructions provided with this rack. The build is rather simple and I’ve included photos of the tools and what I believe is the correct configuration. Remember to install the center braces that missed (photographed alone) until the very end, requiring me to undue nearly the entire rack. As long as you can make it through without instructions, this is a nice rack. I will update once I’ve put it through the ringer to see how it holds up. ... show more

No instructions but easy to put together ... Just laid out all the parts then started connecting. Works as advertised .. Used a cargo net and then added straps as an extra safety security. Load was secure

Not as nice as the pictures shown. Of course I can't return it because I already put it on but I found the ultra tough powder coating to be low quality. It came out of the box unevenly coated and missing spots. Chipped around holes where you bolt together. Not really too thrilled about it. Pictures on Amazon made it seem like it had wider bars around it. It doesn't. If I could go back, I'd spend more for better quality. ... show more
