I bought this blower after a very frustrating experience with a much more expensive Stihl blower that broke after the first week of use. To make things worse, it was kept in service for three weeks during peak season, which is unacceptable when you actually need the equipment. This Thalorus blower has been a pleasant surprise. It starts easily, has strong airflow, and feels solidly built. Power is more than enough for yard cleanup, and it handles leaves and debris without any issues. For the price, the performance is impressive and honestly rivals brands that cost significantly more. So far, it’s been reliable and dependable—exactly what I was missing before. This is a great blower. It was very easy to start since it fired right up on the 2nd pull. When I used it to clear leaves and sticks, the power was impressive. I also like the tapered end of the blower to focus the air. It is gas powered so it's not light, but the backpack straps are padded and comfortable to wear. The only suggestion I have is to add some softer padding to the back-pad. It's a little stiff (probably so it lasts a long time). Adding a softer pad made it not vibrate my back as much.

This product sucks… It won’t even start what a bus and I can’t even return it so I lose out on the money this blower sucks. Do not buy. I can’t get it to start.

First-time leaf blower buyer here. I recently moved into a rental home in Michigan, and live in an area with lots of trees. I wasn't sure what to buy, but knew I wanted a leaf blower with a backpack. While doing some initial research and browsing Amazon, I came across this leaf blower, the Thalorus 63CC Gas Backpack Leaf Blower. It had a coupon, which made the price more attracive. Out of the box it was easy to assemble and get running smoothly. It's a pull start. This thing is powerful! having only used a few handheld leaf blowers in the past, I wasn't too sure what to expect. It took me by surprise. It has many great uses - clearing out the leaves, moving gravel, cleaning snow off your car after it snows, cleaning out the garage, construction site cleanup *saw dust), and tons more! The backpack straps are very comfortable. I used it continuously for about a thirty minutes and didn't have any issues or soreness. Overall, I would recommend this leaf blower without hesitation.
