Features

  • COMPLETE SAFE-GUARD BONFIRE KIT Stop buying accessories separately. Our kit includes a Heat-Resistant Glove for safe refueling, 3 Ground Stakes for windproof stability, and a Weatherproof Cover to protect your stove when not in use. Everything you need for a worry-free experience is in the box.
  • EXCLUSIVE QUICK-EXTINGUISH SYSTEM No more waiting hours for the fire to die out. Features a specially designed ventilation shut-off slot with a matching Metal Barrier. Simply insert the barrier to cut off oxygen and extinguish the flame safely and quickly when the party is over.
  • MESMERIZING TORNADO FLAME & EASY CARE Creates a stunning smoke-free spiral flame. Note: It is normal for the glass tube to develop a black soot layer after burning due to carbonization. This does not affect performance. We recommend cleaning the cooled glass with a damp cloth after each use to restore its crystal-clear transparency for the next show.
  • WINDPROOF TRIANGULAR STABILITY Safety comes first. The tripod base is upgraded with Stake-Ready Feet (stakes included), allowing you to anchor the heater firmly into the grass or dirt. Enjoy your bonfire even on breezy nights without worrying about accidental tipping.
  • HASSLE-FREE CLEANUP & STORAGE Equipped with a removable ash tray for mess-free disposal. For the glass tube, simply use a long-handled brush or cloth (not included) to wipe away soot residue. The included Protective Cover keeps dust and rain out, keeping your stove ready for the next gathering.

  • Great center piece
While the other reviews are true that there are no instructions that come with the pellet patio heater, it wasn't that hard to assemble. Only question is had was weather the two legs go out the front or the back on the base (looking at the photo, one leg out front and two out back) Lighting it was another story. I read someone used cotton balls soked in alcohol but as soon as I opened the shot to the pellets, it smothered the fire. I put another cotton ball in the ash chamber and lit that and the heater started smoking a little. After 5-10 minutes there was a solid stream on smoke pouring out the chimney. It took about 15 minutes and finely flashed to flame and the smoke was gone. Warning; the water that is produced by the smoking pellets will stain your hands for days to come and they smell like smoke. Today i decided to try it again and had much better success. I filled the feed tub all the way with pellets, removed the glass tub and dumped just a little bit of isopropyl alcohol in the burn chamber. Using a long lighter, i ignited the alcohol and then put the glass tube back on. It started burning right away and after 5-10 minutes I had a nice fire going. These don't put out a lot on heat as far as sitting around the fire kind of event but they are really neat to have. My glass tub is starting to build up soot but I hear it's going to be easy to clean after it cools back off. My package was well packaged and everything showed up in good shape. I recommend this heater for a great, off grid, ambiance center piece. I am hoping that the cover that was included (and umbrella cover) helps keep it in good shape for years to come. ... show more

  • Nice fire, good burn time, design could use slight tweaks.
If you can't figure out how to start this, you shouldnt be around fire. I just add a small amount of tiki oil to a few pellets in the ash pan, light them with a regular lighter and then slide it in. Gets itself going every time. Assembly was easy, again, if you can't figure out basic puzzles this probably gave you a hard time. It does put off little heat, its a closed flame....enough said. If you want ambient heat have an open fire. This is for esthetics, and visual appeal. I bought it for warmer nights when I still want to enjoy the flame and light of a fire without dying from the heat. My only complaint. Is I wish the ash box had a airflow adjustment because that would make this burn even better. Also, yes, you have to clean the glass. You're burning wood geniuses. -_- People hear smokeless, and think that means ash/carbonless. ... show more

  • Cool for looks, not really for heat. Helpful hints
It does work. Pretty cool. Make sure you buy heating pellets. BBQ pellets do not work. I find if you take lid off flames get higher. Also, found that spray oven cleaner is best way to clean glass. Glass will stain every use.

  • Hard to start the fire
Extremely difficult to get the fire started. It took 20 minutes, 4 fire starters and a propane blow torch before we finally gave up despite lots of smoke. Ten minutes later the smoke turned to fire on its own. Pretty cool once it gets going.

  • BAD
Do not buy this item! We got this as a Christmas present and it’s SUPER dangerous. As if that isn’t enough, it comes with missing parts, no directions, and the glass tube breaks very easily. Oh, and you will need a propane or butane torch to start it, it also puts off zero heat.

  • Missing parts
Arrived opened and was missing the ground stakes.

  • Quick set up
Assembled this in about 20 minutes. The cover and gloves are a nice bonus — didn't expect them to actually be good quality. Used it last weekend for a backyard gathering and the spiral flame looks amazing at night. Way better than I expected for the price.
