I purchased two of these scooters, and overall I couldn’t be happier with both the product and the seller. First, the scooter itself is an absolute beast. The dual 2800W motors deliver serious power — acceleration is strong, hill climbing is effortless, and it feels very stable even at higher speeds. The multiple riding modes make it easy to switch between eco cruising and full performance. The 12-inch all-terrain tires, suspension, and seat provide a smooth, confident ride on both city streets and rougher terrain. The LCD display is bright and easy to read, and the 360° lighting adds great visibility and safety at night. Battery life has also been excellent so far, and dual chargers are a big plus. Out of the two units I received, one scooter arrived with a rear shock whose powder coating had a few small holes. It was a cosmetic issue, but I reached out to the seller to let them know. Their response was fast, professional, and hassle-free — they immediately shipped me a replacement rear shock at no charge, no arguing, no delays. That level of customer service really matters, especially with a high-performance product like this. It shows they stand behind what they sell. Between the scooter’s performance, build quality, features, and the seller’s excellent support, I feel confident recommending this scooter to anyone looking for a powerful, full-featured electric scooter backed by a company that actually cares about its customers. These are the top reasons you should get the scooter, coming from someone who has 1,980 miles on the scooter already and drives 30 kilometers all the way to work: ✅ Of course the speed and the way it takes off! So fast that if you don't grip it well with a proper pose, it'll go by its own ✅ Stabilization. Nop, no steering damper needed, please believe. ✅The LCD display, super easy to read even in broad daylight because its bright enough ✅ Brakes. very secured and easy to thigthen if needed. ✅ Price point. Scooters with this kind of power are usually 1.8k-2k dollars, believe. ✅ Design and durability; it looks like a dirt bike, something I love. ✅ Suspensions are AMAZING! handle bumps pretty well. ✅Charging time 3.6/4 hrs with borth charges, 7 hrs with one. ✅It comes with a very useful bag for free, and mechanic tools ✅Battery!, Again, I drive 30k/h to work in dual speed, and still 2 bars left, I charge it at work to get back home. ✅ Lights, is great, but won't be enough for very dark roads ✅ It's very functional; great handlebar adjustments; easy to use the controllers when switching duals even when driving; and directionals and honking. ✅Last but not least, CUSTOMER SERVICE was actually one of the main reasons I got the scooter, because I live in a country (Dominican Republic) where scooters are not that popular, so it's hard to find mechanics or technicians that can deal with it. I always get support by email and chats from FOHOLO, that's why it's worth every dime. So, don't hesitate to contact them, they just take a few hours, but you'll be answered!

first, this is NOT your daddy's 400w scooter, crawling along the bike lane at 8 mph. in Dual Motor mode, this thing is turbocharged, it's super fast, and it kicks like a Texas longhorn steer. i am not joking or exaggerating. this thing is faster than most street-legal gas scooters. my husband went tearing around the neighborhood in Dual Motor-3 mode right after assembling it. not 10 minutes later, he came limping into the house dripping blood with a badly scuffed knee, elbow, right wrist, and shoulder. he was stopped at an intersection and was letting the car on the right go, he saw it was the neighbor, and he waved hello. his left hand still off the handlebars, he accelerated just a little bit, and boom - he went flying. he tried to grab on, and the bike zipped out from under him, and he faceplanted on the street. the issue is, this thing jerks forward SO hard and fast in Dual Motor mode. it leaps forward. for all intents and purposes, this thing is an electric motorcycle. if you don't hold on really tight and you aren't ready, you can easily go flying like my husband did. he's lucky he didn't end up in the ER. he's vowed to keep it in Dual Motor-1 from now on. it's plenty fast. it's your call, but parents may want to STRONGLY consider a slower scooter for their kids. you can take it from me, i took it for a spin around the neighborhood, and even in Dual Motor-1 mode you're probably getting up to about 30 mph. that is VERY fast for a little scooter with 12-inch tires. if you hit gravel or wet leaves going that speed, you could easily wipe out and seriously hurt yourself. and there's no governing switch to lock out Dual Motor mode, at least not that i can see. in Single Motor, it's much milder and tamer. Single Motor-3 still has a small jerk, but 1 and 2 are quite mild and gentle. it accelerates smoothly and the top speed is probably 15 mph, still pretty fast, but it takes about 20 seconds to get there. Eco Mode is very mild and gentle, like a kitten. it won't climb hills in Single Motor or Eco, at least not the hills around here. in Dual Motor it eats hills alive, just be VERY careful you don't take a steep incline, because you WILL go straight backward off the scooter and it'll land on top of you, and this thing weighs literally 100 pounds. always walk the scooter up steep hills, and be extremely careful flying downhill. safer just to walk it down steep hills too. GET A HELMET. i'm not joking. especially if you want to tear around in Dual Motor, you absolutely need to protect your skull. this thing is great, it's definitely more of a real vehicle and not a toy - and the sooner your get that into your mind, the safer you'll be. this thing is NOT a toy. it goes 10-15 mph faster than the Honda Ruckus at top speed, which is a gas engine that tops out at 30 mph, and that's a street legal vehicle. please don't play with this thing, treat it with care, as if it's a car or a motorcycle. if you want something slower and safer, get a 400-500 watt scooter. i have a 1200 watt scooter myself, it doesn't accelerate very fast but it tops out around 18-20 mph, which is plenty fast enough for me when i want to enjoy the nice weather and do some errands around the neighborhood. the tires, lights, brakes, the general construction, it's all super solid and very well made. there's not a cheap part on this bike, so you're getting what you pay for. my husband got about 40 miles of riding, switching between Single Motor-3 and Dual Motor-1, using Dual for flat, open areas and Single for areas with traffic. the scooter comes with two chargers, he got a dual-plug extension cord and plugged both chargers into that. just make sure your extension cord is rated Heavy Duty and can handle the amperage and wattage of both chargers. you don't want a fire on your hands, so DOUBLE CHECK. it's safest to get the most heavy-duty cord home depot or menard's has, or you can even bring one of the chargers and ask the employee which cord you should get. happy riding, there's no better way of enjoying a warm, beautiful autumn day....just seriously consider not screwing around with Dual Motor-2 and 3. it makes this scooter very unpredictable and "jumpy", almost "nervous", if you get what i mean. it's sort of like you don't have total control over it at all times, and that's a really freaky feeling.
