Great purchase! This fireplace is very bright and brilliant in color. The heat is perfect for the room. It is replacing an older portable fireplace. I never realized how dim the older one was until i got this one. Wow! You will not be disappointed with this purchase or the customer service. My only wish is that it would come with a flat plug head. It would streamline wall hung fireplace even more. I just duct taped the extra for underneath. I love how thin it is. After comparing other models, I decided to purchase the BreezeHeat 50-inch fireplace. While not quite ready to mount the unit on my wall, BreezeHeat has a smaller thickness than all others making it easier to recess the unit. What I didn't expect was how quickly my office felt warm, only minutes after turning on BreezeHeat! One click is all it takes to toggle between 750W and 1500W (one or two vents blowing heat). My office is approximately 450 square feet, with windows on three sides. This unit runs very quietly and economically. The glass rocks along the bottom and realistic flames that can toggle variations of colors make this a showpiece, especially during cold, dark winter days. Now that Spring is here and I don't need the heat, I still turn on the flame, as it adds ambiance while I write my Chronicles of Rylie Glen novels. I ran into an issue (nothing serious) that opened an opportunity to work with Rocyis, the Amazon Reseller. They were prompt, well-meaning, and supportive of something trivial. I'm confident you'll experience the same for more serious issues. So, when you decide to purchase a 50-inch electric fireplace, which is better than the other small units I considered, buy through Rocyis. We purchased this product in September as this was the 2nd one. The vendor was awesome do to the first one came in severely damaged from shipping. We finally got this fire place installed and the installation was super easy. The look is awesome and we are very pleased . The look in our loft has transformed this are to be our best in the house. There is a slight noise when the heat is turned up but you don’t notice it as much. The heat output is adequate for the big space we have. Well worth the price. Very satisfied customer. ... show more

There is an issue with the LEDs under the rocks. There are several colors we can’t get, including orange, which is what we bought it for. Guessing a yellow LED strip might not be working. color selection goes from blue, green, teal, red, teal, green, purple, yellow-green, blue, purple, white, red and back to blue.
