We purchased 2 of these bikes for our family, which is comprised of folks 6'-3" down to 5'-3" (males and females) and they work for all of us. They are incredibly sturdy and durable and the flexibility of using them as bike only, electric only or in hybrid mode is great. Yes, they are a bit heavy but this is not an issue for any of us, even the 5'-3", 125 lbs female. The assembly is straight forward - just watch the videos as they are extremely helpful. Lastly, the customer service is absolutely outstanding!!! I had a minor issue with one of the bikes and they were incredibly quick to response and very helpful with the issue. Had it a few weeks now probably alittle over 200 miles. Speed may not reach advertised max but if you need to go 50 mph buy a motorcycle. 40-45mph is plenty fast enough for me. Ride is alittle stiff but not horrible. You need to be cautious taking off with dual motors engaged. Even on tacky asphalt when it starts to take off at about 5mph it'll throw you back a bit taking enough weight off the front wheel for it to spin making it unstable. The motors will kick out for a few seconds when this happens which can leave you vulnerable when you need to quickly clear an intersection. btw it is totally illegal in CA everywher except private property. Check your states ebike laws and levels of enforcement before buying. ... show more

It’s a fun bike it goes so fast that you need goggles. The bike is easy to put together directions kind of suck to be honest. Putting it together took about 2 hours. It’s packaged nicely with lots of zip ties. The tools come with bike be careful with Allen wrench’s they strip very easily. The battery needs to be locked in correctly or it will pop out if you hit a bump. Fat tires take some time to get used to it’s hard to explain. If you lean the bike wants to turn more than thin tire bike. I had to add air to the tires but thinking 20psi is a little too much. Had to fix one connector that got crushed in shipping ... show more

First test drive felt good and stable so tested maximum power option and it's fast enough for me. Didn't reach the advertised 47 mph on the provided speedometer.
