We previously had a round tree swing very similar to this and absolutely loved it—until our dog decided it made a great chew toy 😅. This has quickly become the favorite spot in our yard. I was pleasantly surprised by how much easier it was to put together than I had expected; usually, these things can be a headache, but the assembly was straightforward. The construction is very thoughtful, especially the thick padding included for the poles. It’s a huge relief knowing the kids won't get hurt or jam themselves against hard metal while they’re playing. The fabric itself is thick and the stitching is done really well, so it feels like it’s built to last. The size is also fantastic—all three of my kids can fit on it at the same time with room to spare! You might expect a swing this size to be bulky and hard to move, but it actually flows and swings really easily. My kids have so much fun on it, and it’s so comfortable and spacious that my younger daughter even takes naps on it! It even comes with protective straps for the tree, which is a great touch. For everything you get, I think the value is spot on and absolutely perfect for the price. I absolutely love this swing and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality outdoor addition.

The media could not be loaded. Assembly is straightforward. The listing video tells it all. Didn't have any problems with that. For tightening the nuts, it's necessary to secure the hook bolt from the other side so you can really tighten it down without it spinning as you tighten. Had a little issue with one of the nuts not wanting to thread passed a certain point, but got through that with some extra torque after confirming that it wasn't cross threading. Getting the swing hanging evenly on all four connection points took the most time of the whole process. Once getting the left and right side even with each other, the front and back sides needed to be corrected. It took a bit of back and forth, but it all came together. Adjusting the height at each corner is done by adjusting the rope via a sort of looping knot that involves a metal ring. It's not hard to figure out, but it does take a little bit of time and patience to understand how to fine tune it when micro adjustments need to be made between the front and back ends of the swing platform. I suspended the swing between two trees that are just about the correct distance apart. The branches I looped around are not at the same height, which created its own set of challenges. The kit comes with a couple length of strapping with rings on each end. I wrapped those around the branches twice in order to make them as short as possible and therefore reduce the amount of play when swinging. As it happened, the branches were just the right thickness for the strap to go around twice with the rings coming together, which I passed the carabiner through and then attached the ropes. Hopefully there won't be too much friction in the system, which will degrade the strapping and/or rope in time, especially with the roughness of the tree bark. The swing is fun and vibrant to look at. The flat platform makes a wide enough space that children and adults alike fit. The materials feel comfortable, though it being winter, no one was playing on it without full clothing. It feels soft enough and I don't think it'll be uncomfortable to bare legs and arms once summer rolls around. The pressure of the metal frame is potentially a bit uncomfortable on the back of the knees for an adult when sitting on the edge, even though it is buffered by the foam sleeve surrounding the metal tube. I would not swing 800lbs of people on this. Maybe when they tested it they gently placed that much weight on it to see if it would snap, but 800lbs of squirming humans is a different story. I would not trust it with anywhere near 800lbs! That's crazy. The whole thing is held together by 4 nuts, each attached to the bottom of a hook bolt that the entire thing is suspended by. Personally I think that is a crazy design. At the very least, there should be a pull pin holding it together, which is way less likely to fail. To rely completely on a threaded nut that could fail under the weight or simply unthread with vibration and movement is crazy. It is critical to check those bolts regularly and make sure that they are tightened down. The loop bolt will immediately come out if the nut fails and there won't be anything supporting that corner of the swing. It makes me nervous just thinking about it.

Based on initial quality and ease of assembly this is a great swing. Bought to hang from a tree, but did initial testing on a swing set. It took about 5min to unpack and assemble. It technically comes the tools you need to assemble, but it is just a stamped steel and it would be far easier to use a socket and wrench or driver. It hung easily on our swing set and our daughter has put quite a bit of time swinging on it. It added a new level of variety to an older swing set, and is easy to swap out for the original equipment that went on it should she want it put back. When we move it to a tree it came with decent quality straps to not damage the branch. They are made of material similar to camping hammock straps Finally, when it comes to durability time will tell how it holds up to the elements, but all the individual components seem to be of good quality, and feel like they will stand up to some abuse. I can't vouch for the full 800lb capacity, but it held a large adult and child totaling about 300lbs without issue. The way we currently have it installed I believe it might hold more than the actual swing set would allow. I think this will get a lot of use at our house.

This tree swing has been such a hit in our yard. The platform is large and sturdy, with plenty of room for multiple kids at once, and it feels very secure even with adults sitting on it too. The fabric and frame feel high quality, and the weight capacity gives real peace of mind. Installation was straightforward with the included straps and hardware, and once it was up, it became an instant favorite. The kids love lounging, swinging together, and even lying down on it. The bright rainbow colors are cheerful without feeling cheap, and it has held up well outdoors so far.
