I'm absolutely thrilled with my Mystflame Electric Fireplace. The look and design is really nice. It heats my living space nicely with a ton of useful options. With the timer feature I don't have to worry about forgetting to turn it off. There are several different temperature settings to get the room just right. You better buy the extended warranty because I had this in my house for two weeks before I put it in so it only lasted two weeks before the flame stopped working returned it by the last day which is only 30 days I tried to get a replacement and it was no longer available, wonder why! Don’t waste your money

The media could not be loaded. First I got disappointed because of 2" depth of this fireplace, second I got disappointed because I could get the same fireplace for cheaper cost, well.. I had to do more studies before I ordered my fault. Well.. I installed it it has real flames look.

Update: the company got back to me and replaced the fireplace no issues. Was sent with in 2 weeks. Would definitely use this company again. I am not paid to post!! I purchased this in 2022. I came home from a holiday event and found this! It exploded all over my living room!! It was not on so I have no idea how this could even happen after being in my wall for 2 years!!

This is a lovely fireplace if you are unsure of purchasing it! After looking for a modern choice that would not break the bank, I am very glad I took my chance. The fire looks very realistic! It comes with some fire logs & crystal rocks that you can insert if you want too. It also comes with a small remote that allows you to play with the flame colors & also choose the color of the logs. Weight wise, it was not too heavy. My husband and I were able to set it into place in the fireplace insert. I turned on the heat setting for a little bit & it worked great however I didn't leave it on long enough to know if it will heat up my entire living room. I'm not very worried about this part since it is not entirely necessary for us. I have had many compliments on how nice it looks!
