The chair has six massage points that target your upper back, lower back, and seat. It has different modes and intensity levels, so you can adjust it depending on how you’re feeling. The vibration is strong enough to be relaxing but not too intense. And the heating on the backrest is super cozy, especially if you’re sitting for long hours or it’s a bit chilly. Another thing I love is how far the chair reclines. You can lean it way back—almost like you’re lying down—and there’s a footrest that slides out so you can really kick back. I’ve already taken a couple of naps in it and it’s surprisingly comfortable. Also, I’m on the heavier side (around 180 lbs), and this chair feels really sturdy. It’s rated to hold up to 400 lbs, and you can tell it’s built well—nothing feels wobbly or cheap. The material is nice too—soft, breathable, and looks great. An absolutely amazing chair! I was honestly surprised when it arrived. Before this one, I had tried many chairs, and I expected it to be made from the same cheap faux leather and have that unpleasant chemical smell like most office chairs in this price range. But once I set it up, I was blown away—it exceeded all expectations! The leather feels so natural, smooth, and comfortable—completely odorless. The footrest folds in and out effortlessly, which is rare to see in office chairs. For someone in late pregnancy with swollen feet, this feature is a huge blessing—I can finally keep my feet elevated while working to relieve the swelling! And let’s not even get started on the reclining function—it was one of the main reasons I chose this chair. Even more impressive is the massage feature. I can hardly believe a chair around $200 could be this high in quality. It’s not only comfortable, stylish, and natural-looking—it also has massage and heating functions! I waited a while to write a review. When I was putting the chair together I could not find the instructions, but it was attached to part of the chair- I was looking in the box. The instructions are easy to follow, but the only thing I had a problem with was screwing in the arms. the bolts did not seem long enough. They do fit, but you really need to apply pressure to get the bolt in. Seat is comfortable and the heat works amazing!! the massager is a little loud, but not OMG it will wake the baby loud. I love the hanger for the remote. that is a good touch.

Was looking for a product that heated as well as my car seat - and this isn't it. Vibration mode is strong, but the heat is nominal at best. Also the way the chair hooks to the power cord is weak. Movement of my chair causes this to disconnect multiple times per day.
