I am so happy I bought this chair. Fairly, light weight. Instructions were super easy to follow. Had all the parts, labeled and extras provided. It is so comfortable. The foot rest is a game changer. I love to be seated with my legs out in front. The extra wide seat, allows me to sit cross-legged as well. The heating feature is my favorite, it covers the full lower back. My back felt so much better after my shift.I highly recommend this chair. Amazing quality

Easy assembly, fabric is soft and the cushioning is a little stiff but I expect it to soften up as I use it. Description matches what the chair does. However, the massage and heat functions are not as expected. Massaging is more like a pulse sound with little to no effect. The heat function is just okay. I feel it could be warmer. I didn’t realize when I made this purchase that the heat is only on the middle part of the chair in one small section.

Was looking for a product that heated as well as my car seat - and this isn't it. Vibration mode is strong, but the heat is nominal at best. Also the way the chair hooks to the power cord is weak. Movement of my chair causes this to disconnect multiple times per day.
