Have had this chair about a week and its great so far. I caught it at $129 and it exceeded my expectations. Im 5ft and the foot stool works perfect for me. I noticed when I get out the chair I dont have the neck and shoulder pain ive been having. Great for wfh. Was able to assemble In less than 30m. The vibrations are nice. As of now I am loving this chair. The lumbar support is not that great but I placed an extra support pillow behind me and that makes things better. The heating mechanism does not get that hot and the massage is not that powerful but they are both enough to make the chair more comfortable. I love the fact that the chair can go up and down. Along with recline. The footrest is heaven on earth and one of my main reasons for loving the chair. You can even move the footrest to be in better positions for what makes you comfortable. I can easily sit crisscross on this chair or even sit with my knees bent and feet up thanks to the footrest. The recliner on the chair goes back super far. I can see how people could fall asleep in this chair. I suck at putting things together and this was relatively simple. I did it primarily by myself with a bit of help from my daughter when I placed the arms on. Took maybe 20 minutes if that to put together and would have probably went even faster if my dog wasn't trying to help as well. All in all I am quite pleased with my purchase for this price point and it was fairly priced for all the positives that come with it.

I have never had a chair as comfortable as this. I sat down turned on the heat message and accidentally fell asleep. It is very firm yet soft and relaxing, only problem I've had with it is getting my wife out of it, I would get her one but our house isn't large enough for two. It was easy to assemble my wife sat on my lap and we were both comfortable can't say enough about how good it feels on this 80 year old back. Both the lever action for reclining as well as up and down are smooth and solid.

Love the chair. Very sturdy. Rolls well and is a nice size. One issue is I rolled over the cord which plugs into the wall and cut it. Had to fix it,but works well. Massage is very nice.

The chair is not comfortable; the seat is very hard. I had to buy an extra seat cushion and a lumbar cushion. The massager just makes noise but doesn't massage. The heat is not very perceptible. The step is very wobbly. I am considering getting another chair.
