Needed a replacement office chair and decided to try one of these massage heating chairs. I did not have high expectations in them at all. this chair was reasonably easy to assemble, took me a bout 20 minutes. The massage function is quite pleasant, more than I expected it would be. the heating pad works, feels nice on the spine. The padding is quite nice on the seat, I suspect that the combination of springs and foam does the trick because it's comfy to sit on and i"m not small.I am very satisfied with the chair and honestly it is better than I had expected it would be. I work from home and spend so much time debating between which chair to pick since my old chair broke. I've had horrible sciatica pain and was determined to find a chair with at least a heating function. This chair checked every box for me, heating function, massage function, and the foot rest!!! I immediately knew this would be at the top of my list and ended up buying it a few days later. It arrived before the expected delivery date, which was a nice surprise. It was easy to assemble and is so comfortable. The chair feels sturdy and everything is great quality. Overall I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase.

The chair is comfortable and I think over a great value for the money. The heat is a bonus. "massage" is ok. I didnt pay much attention to the seat size or dimensions. I'm about 5'6" and when I sat in it, it was very comfortable however there was a gap for my back side to hit the chair back. My old chair was about 5" smaller on the seat depth. I purchased a support pillow which helps but wished I'd have thought about the seat depth before ordering.

I am going to start by stating that I qualify for the "big and tall" category as a 6'3 260lb woman. I also have back issues (no surprise to anyone in this category) and have been looking high and low for a chair that is supportive but also well cushioned. It seems to be a difficult thing to find right now, of having seating that is cozy and comfortable. There was a single 5* review when I found this chair, and no actual review either, just 5 stars, so I took a chance. I went with this chair because it was the only one I could find that used coil springs in the seating rather than just memory foam. Don't get me wrong, memory foam is great, in the right setting. For a bed, sure, a pillow, yes please, but a chair that has a small area of contact, that foam doesn't stand a chance to hold up for very long. I only just put together this chair, so I will update if things change. The assembly is very easy, though it's the first time I actually put the legs on the base myself. I found that odd, but you can feel it is made with durability in mind. I would say high quality, but faults can hide in any alloy. The wheels are nothing but the standard, I would recommend replacing them with roller blade wheels if you want to move around easily. My very first impression of this chair after assembly, is it's much smaller than I anticipated. It looks like a miniature next the office chair it is replacing. The seat is smaller in both width and depth and if I lean my head back without tilting, it is over the headrest. The arms are nicely padded (which I love) though seem to sit higher than normal. This might be a plus to some and a negative for others, it depends on your proportions. I am considering removing them and just putting in a metal brace for support. The seat itself is comfortable. It gives, but is supportive. It's not overly hard, but not cushion-y soft either. I've had many other "ergonomic" chairs completely fail in this department, feeling like I was sitting on a shaped concrete slab, so I'll take this as a win so far. I have the back just slightly reclined, and there is some amazing lumbar support right where I need it. The foot rest seems flimsy, but time will tell. The only current negative is that the bars that extend the foot rest hit my calves when I put my feet under the chair. That might change when I get roller blade wheels installed as they tend to make the chair slightly taller. I have not tried the massage feature yet, it's not a reason why I bought this chair, but I will update when I find the time to play with it.

This chair is a huge upgrade over my old one. With the combination of features having heat, massage, leg rest, and being able to recline pretty far back this is a very comfortable chair. Only had in a few weeks but the cushioning is good. Only thing that I have a small issue with is the adjustment lever for the recline. Just doesn’t feel natural when sitting trying to reach under and recline to get chair in the desired position. Not really a big deal just noticeable. Definitely use the heat a lot more than I thought I would.

There was only 5 reviews on this when I bought it I was so nervous but all of the others had some bad reviews so I took a chance. I spend about 12-18 hrs a day in my work chair so I needed something nice. I’m SOOOOO glad I did! It was a breeze to put together and the massage and heat function is amazing, it have numerous different massage settings and you can increase and lower the intensity, the heat is just in and off. I absolutely love that you can adjust the back to where you want it and lock it in place( most chairs are with locked in one position or it like springy) this you can lean it to wherever you want it and then lock it! The arms are nice and sturdy and move well with the reclining of the back. The foot rest is nice and sturdy. I also like that it has a flap to cover the screws so it looks nice and sleek. I really just love everything about it. Best purchase on Amazon to date! Update: Got the pics to upload. I had to put a cover on the back cause my cat like to lay on the back of it and I didn’t want him to scratch the leather but I’m still loving the chair

I am not happy at all with this chair. When we got it assembled I discovered it had no up/down adjustment lever. I am short and my feet do not touch the floor when sitting in the chair. Read very carefully because I assumed the lever was to control up/down as well tilt so it is my own fault for buying something I cannot use. Still, I am very disappointed, who makes a chair that doesn’t have height adjustment??
