This is a great outdoor set at a reasonable price, but the reason it may be priced less than other sets is because you need to do a great deal of assembly yourself. There are well over a hundred fasteners, all pretty small and difficult to hold. Unpacking two large boxes of parts took additional time to sort through and determine how it is assembled. Plan on anywhere from 30 minutes to one hour per section, even with a power drill and ratchet wrench. The included tools are inadequate for this set. The manufacturer could have made this a lot easier to assemble if threaded connectors were provided at each bolted connection, but they did that at only a handful of locations. Five stars for quality, two stars for assembly.

A very nice outdoor furniture set. The couch cushions are firm and comfortable. The chair cushions are good but not as firm as the couch cushions. Love having the chairs swivel. It took 4 hours to assemble. Watching the video really helps. We were missing 2 legs from an ottoman. The seller was very responsive and sent us the legs pretty fast. It is a great value for your money.

It definitely took a lot longer than 20 minutes to put together as someone else mistakenly said in a prior review. My husband spent a couple hours doing it. It was hard to get the nuts and washers and bolts held in the right position in a ton of a different places before being able to use a drill but the video explained what to do and he didn't have any issue. It just took some time. They gave plenty of extra hardware just in case but we didn't need it. THIS WHOLE SET came in two big boxes. I couldn't believe it all fit into two boxes. Cushions were all vacuum sealed but plumped up and kept their shape nicely. I am VERY pleased with the outcome and price. The cushions tend to slip a little due to their water wicking fabric. It came with some black plastic clips and I can only imagine are used to hold the cushions in place but I can't for the life of me figure out how to use them.

Love the set - but are not happy with the back cushions - not sturdy - very cheaply made and keep falling - not what we expected - do they make better replacement ones?

Great value for the price considering how expensive other similar sets of patio furniture are. Seems to be sturdy, and made out of good materials. Yes, there are many pieces and nuts and bolts. It does take time to put together. I’d say somewhere between 4-7 hours depending on your experience with hand tools. We used electric tools. Make sure to not fully tighten until you get all of one seat put together. Originally, we did receive multiple pieces that were damaged. I am unsure if they were damaged during shipping or packaging as these items are really squeezed into the box to fit as many as possible. But, we emailed the seller through an email that we found on the YouTube instructions video that they include a QR code for you in the instructions included in the box. It is in the comments of the video. Their customer service was extremely professional, proficient, and responsive. They replaced not only the 3 damaged items, but the entire 1 box (all 3 items were in the same box). The replacement was shipped a day and a half after initial contact with customer service, and received two days later. The replacement was not damaged at all, and in great condition. Overall, very satisfied with my purchase, and will recommend to others looking for a great deal. The product comes as advertised with 2 corners, 4 seats, and a table.

This sure does look nice, and strikes me as well made as far as cheap rattan furniture goes. If you're assembling it alone, plan for several hours of your weekend to disappear. I'd highly suggest a ratcheting Allen wrench and a thicker wrench to hold the nuts when you're twisting everything together. Tine consuming but worth it for the money.
