I have baked for over 40 years. I do not like aluminum as it does not fair well in the dishwasher and for health reasons. I do extreme cakes and need quality pans that check all the boxes. I first bought the 6 inch cake pans from this company and was wowed so I came back for more sizes. All were of the same high quality. They are heavy enough to bake very well without over browning on the bottom and sides. Even dark colored non stick cake pans will over brown the cakes. They have that extra height so the cakes can rise to a nice thickness. They go through the dishwasher like a dream, and they are pretty. I grease and flour my pans and put parchment in the bottom and have no problem with any sticking. Some pans stick even when you take all the precautions. They clean up like a charm even without the dishwasher. I could not be more pleased. Even the box they come in is nice quality so I also store the cake pans in them and can put them on a shelf with the size written on the box. ... show more

These are perfect for baking cake and easy to clean. The only thing is that because they are stainless steel the heat is more concentrated. So bake at a shorter time span that you would normally. I over did it on my cakes not realizing they bake much faster.

Love love love these cake pans! My kitchen was being renovated so I had no oven and I wanted to bake my husband and friend birthday cakes in my mini convection oven. This worked perfectly! As a matter of fact I think I prefer stacking these 6” cakes from now on bc they make the most adorable cakes. :) they were easy to clean. I LOVE these pans!! I’ve never made a layered cake in my life and my son asked for a venom cake for his 9th birthday. I couldn’t find one and I’d always wanted to try to make a layer cake so I figured this was a good time to try! Ordered those 6inch stainless steel cake pan in the beginning of November. It's great. Used parchment paper for baking my cake, and the cake was easy to take out. Also, came out moist. It was easy to clean as well. Just soak it with dish soap and warm water.

Size: 4 inch
Be careful when baking with these pans, because they heat up really fast. The cake batter tends to be a little overdone on the outside and underdone in the middle. They’re small cakes so it isn’t that big of a deal. Wrapping them in baking strips or baking in a water bath should help it bake more evenly. I haven’t had a chance to try those methods yet though. ... show more
