Bluetooth doesn't work. The unit looks nice and seems to function in all the modes, but the Bluetooth won't connect and doesn't even show up as a device in the phones Bluetooth scan. The Amazon support tried to be helpful, but.... Based on the pattern of Bluetooth connectivity issues reported in reviews and your own experience with this 6-in-1 Swimming Pool Water Tester, I would not recommend purchasing another unit of the another brand. When multiple customers experience identical problems with a product, especially related to its core functionality like Bluetooth connectivity, it typically indicatesa design flaw rather than isolated defective units. Finding another brand would be your best option. When looking for an alternative swimming pool water tester with Bluetooth capabilities. I hope this helps?

Firstly, the item is not new; it appears to have been previously returned. Secondly, it is not functioning as expected—it will not remain powered on and fails to connect to the mobile applications.

The app is nearly useless unless the unit is completely calibrated. The user manual is equally useless, printed in the smallest print with no correlation between the app data and the user manual ( except for pH and chlorine one has not idea what each of the readings are.) Lastly, only calibration packets for pH are provided, none for ORP, EC/salt. There are many nearly identical clones of the app and the device on the Amazon website. My guess they all have the same failings.
