If you think you can DIY a better solution to a dome, save yourself time and money and get this. I bought two and I'm going to combine them as a sphere for secret wizard reasons. It's easy to build except it sometimes takes a bit of effort to connect some tubes to hubs. But that is a GOOD thing because once all connected, this thing is very sturdy. I'm 212 pounds per my bathroom scale this morning, and I laid across the top as a test and the dome didn't seem to care at all. In order to disconnect anything, you need to press 2 buttons at the same time. And the kit contains a special tool that allows you to do that by yourself. It works perfectly. Great job to whoever engineered this set!

It's takes some time to assemble, instruction is clear but I still need some help because you need put some effort, but was worth it. It’s perfect for children aged 3 to 7 to climb on. Very stable and pretty attractive color, the weight is light enough—I can easily move it wherever I want, such as the shade of tree.
