Received it on June 1st hooked it up on the 3rd now its July 3rd was getting alerts look to see realized I haven't been getting pictures with every alert for weeks. Live camera view is perfect just wish I can get pictures with the alerts I change my rating from 2 stars if I can give it a 0 I would. Today is July 14th. Brett Now the camera isn't working right. It keeps telling me week signal when it's always been and the same place when I first hooked it up and it was playing fine. Sometimes the camera go offline or it tells me it's buffering to try later

Crisp and clear images. I did not see two items that I would like to buy for the system 1. battery pack with solar charger 2. Additional cameras in a 4 pack, with a option for pan and tilt cameras would be a plus. Also a list of cameras that are compatible to the system

The quality is great easy to set up! I did have one camera that was not connect well and the quality wasn’t the greatest when it was capturing the video. I contracted costumer support and got help from Sue, have to say she was the greatest. Not only did she help me trouble shoot my issue but she sent me a replacement camera the next day. Really happy with my purchase. I’m not one to write a review but this was worth writing about!

One of the reviews I read before I purchased the unit said it does not show movement as soon as it happens, but has a delay in displaying movement. I found this to be the case, but it is good enough for me for the price I paid. Two of the problems I found is that I can only replay one camera at a time and although you can go from HD to SD, it again only does it one camera at a time when you are reviewing what happened. I have not been able to get the motion sensor to work, but the problem is probably that I am trying to cover a large open parking lot and not a small inside area. It does have one-way sound recording and does not allow you to speak through the cameras (I do not need this capability so it is no problem to me). Overall, this is a good purchase for my use.
