My neck was giving me problems for several weeks, and I had this saved in my wish list for at least a year. I finally broke down and bought it. I had hesitated because of the price. It’s definitely more expensive than most of the others that you will find. But I know and trust this brand and went ahead and spent the money. It works wonderfully. The heat feature feels so relaxing and the reverse feature is great for switching it up and really loosening up the muscles thoroughly. I use it all the way down my back. It’s not a real human massage, but it’s the next-best thing!

An important factor in purchasing a neck massager is how easy it is to use. if you suffer from pain that radiates to the skull causing headaches, you may want to avoid percussive massagers that could only add to the discomfort. If you suffer from arthritis and cannot have things draped over your shoulders, wrap-around Shiatsu massagers are not the right tool for you.

Great neck massager. Its very strong at massaging. I've used alot of different types of body massagers, but none of them comes anywhere as close to this one.
