I didn’t know I’d have to put this together. The instructions are small, blurry and don’t really specify what things are. It doesn’t tell you how to pull the guard forward or where that chain brake is, only says make sure the brake is not on. Where is it? And how do I turn it off and on? I’m not liking having to put it together and no clear instructions. I’ll update later. I’m sure it’s a great product, it’s also good quality, you can see that. I would recommend it. Update: it DOES NOT WORK. I tried to return it, they don’t want it but did refund me.

It worked fine for the first few days, but then the chain started coming off every 10 minutes of use. It appears that the sprocket driving the chain wore out after only a few hours of operation. The brake also started locking up unintentionally. Additionally, the saw leaks oil constantly and will not retain chain oil from one week to the next. Overall — not recommended.

This is just another piece of junk from china. We put it together and could not get it to start. The pull cord jammed on the first try and we could not get the cord to recoil. Took it to a repair shop and they could not get the cord to recoil or get it started. Amazon asked if we wanted another one sent to replace this on, we said no way we wanted another one as this one was junk. The positive thing is Amazon did refund our money.

This chainsaw starts easily and cuts through thick wood with no problem. It’s got plenty of power for yard work and feels sturdy while using it. Perfect for anyone who wants a solid saw without spending a fortune.

I do not recommend this chainsaw. Bought it to take camping and it’s already falling apart after one trip. I take great care of my tools but this thing was poorly built. Worked great for about 30 mins then gave me tons of trouble.

I cut a 1/4 cord of old suger maple, and the chain it comes with had to be sharpened. I have not ran it enough for overall quality. The instruction. manual can be of better quality, hard to read and understand.

I wasn’t expecting anything crazy for a cheap chainsaw on Amazon. But DANG, it’s good. Plenty of power to dispatch logs that were 12-18” across. Chain is plenty sharp, came packaged really well, took 10 minutes to get it out and fully assembled and cutting my first branch. Starts really fast too!
