This product is an extreme disappointment. the first time I used this, the chain tension screw pin sheared off, and the hole that the screw goes through in the brake housing cracked. so the powerhead works fine, but there is no way to keep the chain in tension. This is not returnable, and the I've tried to contact the seller following their directions but there is no way to do so. I waited 70 minutes on Amazon customer service, only to find they could not help.

The media could not be loaded. This chainsaw is powerful and easy to use. It starts with one pull, which is vey convenient. The 20" and 18" bars are easy to switch, and it cuts through thick wood smoothly. The automatic oiling system works great and keeps the chain running well. I love this chainsaw. Its efficiency is off the charts and its power is also amazing. It requires little to no effort to use with a good grip ensuring your safety and its design cuts out the chain’s tension that other chainsaws fail to do. For something so sharp and lightweight, this is defiantly a good pick for any projects or yard work.

Hard to believe for this price the saw drive train works this well. Decent homeowner saw. Excellent value with two bars and two chains. Cuts very nicely. Starts right up. I’ve had 3 husky saws and one one stihl saw. This runs and cuts somewhat like a husqvarna but the 2 sided bar oil system is small and unusual and obviously where $ was saved. Overall it works well to cut as a homeowner. Chains are quite sharp. If the manufacturer upgraded the saw for few bucks more this would be an even bigger home run purchase.

I recently put the WH5800 chainsaw to the test in a heavy-duty clearing job, and I’m thoroughly impressed. As shown in the photo, I had to take down multiple mid-sized trees and dense brush in damp, uneven terrain. This saw handled it all with ease. The photo shows consistent, smooth stump finishes, which speaks to the saw’s power and sharpness. It didn’t bog down once, even after several hours of continuous use.
