The media could not be loaded. I bought this for my office to freshen it up a bit. I don't like the chemical laden air fresheners, but essential oils smell so natural and clean. This is a much better option. It releases the oils into the air and it can cover a lot of space. Please keep in mind that this is a diffuser, not a humidifier. It releases some mist, but not a huge amount. I really appreciate this because I live in a very humid climate so I don't want more moisture in the air. I really like the stag design on the front. It adds a nice pop of color without going overboard. The remote is very responsive and works great. However, I know how forgetful I am and I will probably end up losing it at some point. The media could not be loaded. Super classy. The oils are nice. That cherry blossom oil is top tier 👌🏽 😍 The size is very nice. Not too big, not too small. The remote works from a good distance. Colors on lights are beautiful. Easy to use. Very good quality. The sound is very nice and not too loud.

The media could not be loaded. I am not sure what video is posting. I did two so if it’s the second one, lol, ignore the beginning. The first one I didn’t feel like getting up and it wouldn’t let me zoom. Then I felt bad and did it again. Okay now for the product review lol.. My first one came in a broken, beat up non-manufactured box. I opened it, and I had only the diffuser. No plug, no oil’s, and no remote. I got my replacement and so far so good. I’ve been running it for about four hours now and it’s doing well. What I don’t like about it is when it gets to the brighter colors like the red or the Pink it goes really fast so you don’t really see much of that unless you said it to that color specifically. I will update. I also think it’s pretty shady. They deleted my original review. That’s why this only gets three stars. Oh, it’s not loud from across the room but when you get close to it, there is a steady hum, but not bad. ... show more

Don’t buy this diffuser it never work and is not returnable. I try to return it but I was not able to do it so I wasted my money. Companies that don’t allow returns are a scam they know they sell junk and this is the reason they don’t allow returns.
