Worked great the first time. I’m spending more on the dry fuel tablets than I am on the crap I bought. Don’t waste your time. Buy real wood burners or get a propane. This was nice look in the beginning, and a headache since.

We installed the patio heater on weekend. We light the pellet within 5 minutes, and after checking out the reviews for this product and seeing people mention the glass tube getting smoky, I looked into the seller’s description and did some research. I waited until there was no smoke coming out before putting the glass tube on. And guess what? After the first use, the glass tube didn’t get smoky at all. ... show more

Won't stay lit. Puts out minimul heat. The inside is black and can't remove soot even after first time it was lit. Now the whole glass is black. I don't recommend this product. Total waste of money.

It only worked ok the first time it was used the second time the piece that hold the glass tube in placed snapped!!.. Definitely not the best quality!
