First impression was how well the unit came packaged very professional.. After about an hour of removing the packing material I finally stood the fridge up (2 person task) FYI .. It is a solid unit inside and out nice lighting on the inside very quite when the compressor is running and the best part it cools down very quickly like 76F to 33F in less than 15 min. The only con I have is the shelving brackets are super cheap and bend easily if you are trying to re-arrange the shelving configuration the don’t pop out like the are suppose to.. overall very satisfied with the purchase and have already recommended this unit to multiple people in the market for a commercial grade refrigerator.. ... show more

    • Poor Temperature Control
My refrigerator arrived dented and without any documentation. Also, the temperature control unit is very basic as it only turns on when the temperature reaches 38 degrees Fahrenheit and turns off at the temperature setpoint. So if your setpoint is 33 the unit won't start cooling until it reaches 38 then it will stop cooling when it reaches 33. Kitma did not respond to my email or phone voicemail. ... show more

Packing seemed appropriate and no visible signs of the packaging being damaged , but , when it was unwrapped and the wood taken off it had two dents one on outside corner and one on the inside which must have been there before it was shipped

When it was delivered the packaging on the outside looked great but once it was taken out of the package there was damage. Unfortunately it was to late to return the item called the third party that sold the item and they were no help. Do Not Buy!
