I originally purchased this as a long leader hose before I knew exactly what length I needed. Turns out it was way longer than I needed for a leader, but it had exceeded its return window, so I kept it. Since it was clearly a high quality hose, I knew I would find a use for it, and I did - replaced the worn hose on my backyard hose bibb. It has been in flawless service for about 9 months, and it turns out I am very pleased with its somewhat shorter length. It is much easier to manage than a 50ft or longer hose, does not require a hose reel, and reaches what I need it to in my smallish back yard. But to the hose, it just feels good in your hands - heavy (in a good way), wider, and uncoils and coils easily without too much "coil memory." The strain relief spring is clearly designed in and not an afterthought. Paired with a quality firefighter hose nozzle (also highly recommend) and a simple stainless hose hook, you have a hose rig you can enjoy and be proud to use ... and feature. My wife love how it looks, too.

This is a sturdy, no-nonsense hose. It’s a bit heavy, but that’s expected with real rubber, and it’s still easy enough for me to maneuver around the hot tub and garden. It can get a little twisty, but the heft feels solid, not flimsy. It held up through an Oklahoma summer—faded a bit, sure, but still tough and fully intact.

Nice high flow 3/4" hose. Seems to be good quality rubber. As expected, the roll is pretty heavy at 100' long, but once on the ground it behaves well. I'll have to come back to add a report on how well it holds up to Florida sun.
