I ordered this for Christmas present for my 10 yr old. It was supposed to arrive before Christmas but didn't. Then the vendor finally "confirmed" the purchase after the holiday and it said I would get it by the 31st. It never showed up. It finally arrived on January 9th. The communication from the vendor was terrible. They did make it kind of right by issuing me a partial refund on the shipping (which is why they got a 3 star review). On the flip side, the bike fired right up when I added fuel in it. It's pretty fun and my son loves it. I did have a broken rear brake lever which I reached out tobthe vendor and they said theyvwere sending me a new one. All in all its not a bad bike for the price, it sounds like a chainsaw when it's running but my son still enjoys it. It was easy to assemble and it seems like it's pretty sturdy. the way it is. bought five on December 3rd. delay delay, delay. received three on December 28th. delay said getting to January 8th, received one, still owed me one, just received the fifth bike today January 23rd. so far the kids love them they're a great money for the price. trying to figure out how to get in contact with the company was almost impossible but I'm very happy that it's over and that they fulfilled the order. ... show more
